  • Thank you, your information is a big help. Am I also able to to include custom historical data per keyword in my reports?

  • Hi there, Sam from Moz's Help Team here! I'm so sorry about this - I'm afraid there's no way for us to recover a deleted campaign, as we don't retain that data after deletion. Did you happen to have any reports set up with us? If so, you might still have those in your email! I'm sorry I can't be of more help on this one. Feel free to give me a shout if there's anything else I can help with.

  • Hey there! You can actually ignore an entire issue type from the top of the page. Just navigate to the issue type and click the "Ignore issue type" button in the top right corner of the page. This will ignore all pages with this issue type going forward. Here is a screenshot to help: https://www.screencast.com/t/PQUSt59or9lQ

  • Your title tag is held within the portion of your websites ... and depending on how you access your code you will find it in probably one of a few locations. If  you edit your code direct using your code editor of choice, you will probably find your tags which contain your <title>'s in a header.inc file, or the specific page html file you want to update. In a CMS however, such as wordpress, it will likely be editable directly by the post or page you are editing when found in your created listings.<br /><br />If you right click and view the source of your page in a browser you will find your <title> tags position.<br /><br /><html><br /><head><br /><!-- IN HERE IS YOUR META --><br /><strong><title>YOUR PAGE TITLE - and following conventions such as brand etc</title> As per the above, it depends what type of system you run.

  • Nope, I don't think we have any Github badges like those ones. Sorry about that!

  • Hey there! We don't have the ads available on our site, unfortunately, but one of our MozBar "Mean Tweets" videos is available in this blog post: https://moz.com/blog/mozbar-onpage-content-suggestions If you write in to help@moz.com, we can also see if we can dig up direct links we may have available!

  • Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to filter by two different things at once in Keyword Explorer at the moment, but that's a great feature request! I'll pass this along to the team — maybe it's something we could consider for future updates to the tool. Thanks for writing in! If there's anything else we can help with, feel free to drop us a line directly to help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort everything out.

  • Thanks Lisa.  I took the survey as well.  One feature request: Keyword volume over time is hard to get.  It does not seem to be well covered in the market.  Many of us need this to account for seasonality and time sensitive data like release cycles for media like news, movies, books, music, etc.  Google updates their keyword volume on a very delayed basis, so it's not very useful for time sensitive areas. Just a suggestion. Thanks.

  • Well, I have a few ways that are non-MOZ, so hopefully, I don't get dinged on points Screaming Frog - crawl their site to get a full anatomy and understand how their architecture is built around keywords iSpionage.com - great way to understand keywords they pay and play for Similarweb.com - gives an idea of traffic composition AdWords Keyword planner - you can toss in a website URL and it will give you keyword suggestions. That will give you buckets of keywords they may be using - don't just do their homepage though! Once you have a list of keywords you can use MOZ to build your content and measure against your competition. GL!

  • Thanks for your feedback Kristina - I ended up rediscovering addshoppers in this instance, which I think I first discovered via Moz quite a while back

  • Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. I'm afraid we don't have a way to edit labels at this time. The only option is to remove the old label and then re-add the new one. This is a request we see from time-to-time from our users and I know it's one we're considering adding to a future version of the tools because of this. I'll be sure to pass along your interest in this as well, really sorry about the inconvenience! Please let me know if there's more I can assist with or clarify on this. -Kristina

  • Hi there! Kristina from Moz's Help Team here. Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately at this time our crawler isn't compatible with Server Name Indication (SNI), which appears to be in use on your site. In general, SNI is a totally acceptable security configuration, but our crawler simply isn't equipped to be able to handle these settings. https://www.screencast.com/t/IgysswsFiwn The good news is that our team has been working hard on a new crawler that will support this configuration and this crawler is currently in its Beta phase. If you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, the link to the sign up page is here: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1. Once you fill out that form, you will automatically be added into the Beta during the next round. We will be rolling the new crawler out to all of our users once it's out of it's Beta phase, but I don't have an exact timeframe of when that will be at this time as it's still being worked on. In the meantime, I apologize for the inconvenience and let me know if you have any questions or need any additional clarification. -Kristina

  • The numbers in the MozBar, PA, DA, links, can be found with Open Site Explorer. Just input the URL you want to examine and hit enter.

  • Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here. Unfortunately, our tools only track the first 50 places of SERP results - beyond that, our tools don't track where your site is ranking. That's partially because results beyond the 5th page of results typically fluctuate a good deal, and so it would be really difficult to show your rankings accurately with any confidence. I'm afraid there's no way to use our tools to find out where your site is ranking beyond the first 50 results. Sorry about that! If you still have questions or need a bit of extra help, feel free to write in to us at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to sort you out!

  • If you use Chrome, you can see this using the free Mozbar: https://moz.com/products/pro/seo-toolbar Click on Page Analysis > On-Page Elements and you'll see Page Title, Meta Description etc. along with character count. There's a ton of other cool stuff on there, too. Enjoy!

  • I'm glad it's on your radar at least! I don't imagine that migrating all your content into a mobile friendly format is going to be simple, but definitely worthwhile.
