Page Authority should get data from non AMP page
Hi David, In my opinion that approach is incorrect, non-AMP and AMP version of a page are different pages. So both of them will have their own metrics. Remember that serving an AMP version does not mean that the page has the same or better ranking signals. If that page is nor correctly optimized will perform poorly. When it comes to Moz's metrics, again they are separate pages, so their metrics will come separate. That pages with PA=1 might be too new or not properly linked so as Mozscape algorithm gets them a higher PA. I am completely confident that Moz´s team is aware of AMP and considers them in their algorithms, but giving to the AMP version just the same score just because is the AMP is not fair and not right. Hope it helps. Best luck. GR

Why Moz Update has 48 days this time?
Hey, Dave from the help team here, we schedule a release at the end of the month and strive to deliver earlier in the month as we are able. We have typically been able to beat our published date over the last 12 months, so while Feb 26th is our target, its possible to be finished faster. Let us know if you have any other questions!

On what basis the domain authority will be calculated
Hi there, Thanks for writing in - Sam from Moz's Help Team here! That's such a good question, we made an entire resource page about it. (https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority) There's also a video! Here's a preview: Domain Authority is a score (on a 100-point scale) developed by Moz that predicts how well a website will rank on search engines. Use Domain Authority when comparing one site to another or tracking the “strength” of your website over time. We calculate this metric by combining all of our other link metrics—linking root domains, number of total links, MozRank, MozTrust, etc.—into a single score. In terms of DA dropping, we do get a number of questions about this - overall, DA numbers dropping with an index update is a fairly common problem and can be attributed to a few things: 1.You've earned relatively more or less links over the course of the last 30-90 days. 2. You've earned more links, but the highest authority sites have grown their link profile even more. 3. The links you've earned are from places that we haven't seen correlate well with higher Google rankings. 4. We've done a better or worse job crawling sites/pages that have links to you (or don't). It's a bit difficult to isolate the exact cause of what happened without your own SEO consultant or developer being able to take a dive into this, but you can definitely read more specific information here: https://moz.com/community/q/da-pa-fluctuations-how-to-interpret-apply-understand-these-ml-based-scores if you'd like to understand more about the process:). A great place to start with improving DA could be to focus on link building! You can learn more about link building here and get a more detailed explanation of Domain Authority through this resource. In general, I'd recommend keeping in mind that all of these metrics are relative with respect to the other sites included in our index. The metrics will probably have some additional context when compared to sites similar to your own, including your competitors. Feel free to give those resources a once over to see if they help clarify some of your questions! I hope this helps!

Pulling Month on Month rankings
No problem! If you scroll over to say the 8th or so Column you should see a Column titled 'Google en-GB SERP Date' (Or whatever Search Engine you are tracking). Here you will see the data we have collected week by week, month by month. I have attached a screenshot for clarification (from my own Campaign). https://www.screencast.com/t/Lx9tZa1WlGOj Let me know if you have any other questions! Eli

Global Keyword Rank Research? What is the best method to do this?
Hey there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! If you have a Moz Pro subscription, you can set up a Campaign that will track all the keywords in that Campaign across up to four search engines, so you can see how you and your competitors rank for your tracked keywords across multiple countries. We don't have a way of showing "global" rankings, but we can show you rankings at a national level and, in a Moz Pro Campaign, at the local level, if you decide to track your keywords by a particular locale. You can read more about our keyword tracking options for Moz Pro in our Help Hub, over here: https://moz.com/help/guides/moz-pro-overview/rankings And you can read more about the kind of data you can get from Keyword Explorer over here: https://moz.com/help/guides/keyword-explorer I hope that helps! If you've still got questions, feel free to drop us a line at help@moz.com and we'll do our best to answer them all!

'some pdfs are in ddmmyyy format and others are in mmddyyyy format - is there a setting to keep them the same format?'.
Okay - thanks Why are you folks using different formats then? Would it not be better to just have a standard format if no choice by the user? Thanks, Dave Roeser

Can you please add Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex or at least Counties to local keyword search areas?
Thank you so much Tawny! Perhaps they could at least incorporate Google's current method of grouping for the DFW Area.

Moz is flagging my callto: links as 404s. I "fixed" with tel: & nofollow and lost 2 DA. Help?
I think I found my own answer, I switched the links to the tel: format and wrapped them in Schema.org markup, and that seems to be working, When I re-crawled the 404's went down and I'm not seeing them anymore. Still waiting on October 25th data dump to see if my DA goes back up. I'm not sure which one resolved the issue though.

Is there a way to take notes on a crawled URL?
Hey! Dave here from the Help Team, There are a couple different things you can do to mark items that you have done. One of the new features we have implemented into Site Crawl is the ability to mark items as "Fixed". This tool can be handy if you know that you have fixed issues with your site but are still waiting for your next update. Another trick you might want to do is download your "all crawled pages" CSV and then create a "notes" column. It wont live in the Moz dashboard but at least you would have a good record! Hopefully those options help you out!

Moz crawler is not able to crawl my website
Hi there! Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! I think I can help you figure out what's going on with your robots.txt file. First things first: we're not starting at the robots.txt URL you list. Our crawler always starts from your Campaign URL and goes from there, and it can't start at an HTTPS URL, so it starts at the HTTP version and crawls from there. So, the robots.txt file we're having trouble accessing is khadination.shop/robots.txt. I ran a couple of tests, and it looks like this robots.txt file might be inaccessible from AWS (Amazon Web Services). When I tried to curl your robots.txt file from AWS I got a 302 temporary redirect error (https://www.screencast.com/t/jy4MkDZQNbQ), and when I ran it through hurl.it, which also runs on AWS, it returned an internal server error (https://www.screencast.com/t/mawknIyaMn). One more thing — it looks like you have a wildcard character ( * ) for the user-agent as the first line in this robots.txt file. Best practices indicate that you should put all your specific user-agent disallow commands before a wildcard user-agent; otherwise those specific crawlers will stop reading your robots.txt file after the wildcard user-agent line, since they'll assume that those rules apply to them. I think if you fix up those things, we should be able to access your robots.txt and crawl your site! If you still have questions or run into more trouble, shoot us a note at help@moz.com and we'll do everything we can to help you sort everything out.

Why only 3 Competitors in Campaigns?
Hi there! Thanks so much for the great question! Unfortunately adding more than 3 competitors to a campaign is outside the tool's capability at this time however you can definitely create an additional campaign for the same website and track 3 other competitors that way. Another tool you may be able to use (depending on the type of data you're looking for) is Open Site Explorer. If you're interested in seeing competitive link data, OSE gives you the option to compare up to 5 sites in the Competitive Link Metrics section. Hope this gives you some tools to use in your research! If you need anything else, please feel free to send a quick note to help@moz.com

Moz crawler is not able to crawl my website
Hi Harini, Jo from the Moz help team here. I've had a look at your site and it looks like there is something server side that is blocking our bot. When I try to cURL your site from our internal tool I'm getting a 302 to http://127.0.0.1 https://screencast.com/t/J3hhDTCM I'm also seeing this message in this third party tool. "The robots.txt file does not exist on this domain (302 redirect to http://127.0.0.1)" All this points to something server side that is initiating a 302 redirect for our bot. While your site looks fine in the browser, our bot simply can't get through. I would recommend reaching out to your host or web developer to see if they can check how your server is treating rogerbot/1.2 You can also ask them to check the server logs to see how your server is responding to rogerbot/1.2 You'll also want to make sure you are not blocking AWS (Amazon Web Services). Best of luck! Jo

MOZ Site Crawl - Ignore functionality Request
Hi folks! Jo from the Moz help team here, you can now choose to mark issues as Fixed! When you mark issues as "Fixed" we'll check back when your campaign next updates (or you force a recrawl) to see if it persists. https://screencast.com/t/sqyiphpjEcr :]
