  • Gerard, The first question that comes to mind is do you have https pages on the site? Moz crawlers do not crawl https, so if the site has a lot of these, it would be a problem.  If that is not the issue and you have had the campaign up for 7 days, you should let SEOmoz know. When we do campaigns, we get initial results really quickly (an hour or two generally) and the full crawl within 7 days. On the site it states up to 250 pages crawled immediately (within two hours) and up to 10,000 within 7 days. In the top right of this page is a button with Help. Click it and there are numerous ways to get assistance. SEOmoz is always very responsive and you will likely have an answer once someone is in the office. They are Pacific time so consider that. Best,

  • Rankings to fluctuate from time to time, but I see your site ranking 9 for trendy golf clothes and 7 for funky golf. It is probably entirely unrelated, but another user posted today about seeing his site fall off the serps for his phrases, but both I and another user saw his site on page 1 for his terms (that was google.com US though).

  • Hi David, I'm so sorry you're having problems with this. The best thing to do is email help@seomoz.org and open up a ticket with them. There's no way to connect the help and Q&A system right now, otherwise I'd do it for you.

  • Additionally, don't forget to set the correct search engines. Do you want to track your progress using Google US, or Google UK? You can change your search engines under the "campaign settings" tab underneath the Campaign Overview. You can select from over 150 operated by Google, Bing and Yahoo around the world.

  • Hi Francesco, Can you open this up as a ticket in the help desk? I'm not sure if it can be done, but if it can, they'd be the ones to do it. Send an email with you information to help@seomoz.org. Thanks so much!

  • Hi Shauna Check out  http://www.seomoz.org/blog/introducing-social-analytics-in-seomoz-pro#jtc160624  for your answer. The good chap himself, Rand, has confirmed that both LinkedIn and Google+ are on the agenda for inclusion in SEOmoz's Social Analytics within Pro tools, probably during early 2012. Regards Simon

  • Your best bet right now is to contact the SEOmoz help desk with an email to help@seomoz.org. They may (not sure) be able to have your crawl start on a different day of the week so it's ready for you by the weekend, and should be able to answer all of your crawl-related questions in general.

  • I'm surprised it's pulling anything after the ?. Usually those parameters are saved for things that aren't a real page. In your example, it's GA's tracking code for your RSS feed. So I went into my own Wordpress sites in my SEOmoz account, and I'm not getting the same warning for the overly dynamic URLs. (In fact, I'm running 3 Wordpress blogs on my domain.) This to me says there's something up with your Wordpress. Do you have the latest version up and running? Do you have a plug-in that's causing problems? Is there something not on the correct setting in your robots.txt?

  • i also have the same problem with Bing results, I am in Australia Take this page for example http://perthseocompany.com.au/seo/reports/violations I rank #1, for SEO Violations yet in the campaign that page is not on the scale This page http://perthseocompany.com.au/seo-perth/seo-professional-perth Ranks 10 for SEO Professional, canmpaign says 27 THis is probably the best example, this page  http://thatsit.com.au/ web development perth, has ranked #3 for as long as i can remember I check it all the time, yet in the campaign it is #25

  • If you could send help@seomoz.org a note about going from a to f, that would be great, as it sounds like that could be a bug.
