Universal Local Results & Venice Update - What's what?
Hi Harald, I agree with you...the terminology has become confusing. And glad to see that you are a Mike Blumenthal fan. As Mike states in his post to which you've linked, local results are essentially all blended. There used to be very significant differences between different types of results (7 packs vs. blended) for example, but in my opinion, what we are seeing now is that Google is moving it all into more or less one big lump. The actual Maps results remain somewhat different, but I think it's fairly safe to say (for the moment, anyway) that anything you see in the SERPs could be termed 'Local Universal Results'. It's not a very good name, granted, and I can understand the confusion on this. Hope this explanation helps. Miriam

Suggestions for Best SEO tools and extensions for chrome?
I tend to also like SeoQuake for Chrome but I have it disabled most of the time, as I can find it to be obnoxious when I don't need the info.

SEOMOZ Glossary
Hi Francisco, That's a great idea! If you wanted to, it'd make for a good YouMoz post. We have one from 2007 that did quite well at http://www.seomoz.org/blog/smwc-and-other-essential-seo-jargon. It is missing a few of these terms though. I can see a shorter glossary, but with links to help/login pages about these terms, as a useful piece. Keri

How do I get google to crawl white papers that displays a form for human visitors?
Check out Google's First Click. Implementation of this allows you to include restricted content in Google's main index. I think it could help with what you want to achieve.

Using SEOMOZ on kindle
I own a Kindle with 3G and I use it for viewing Gmail and Twitter quite successfully. I haven't tried SEOMoz.org specifically, but I have successfully been able to read other forums pretty easily.

Does anyone know if there are UK SEOMoz training courses I can attend?
Hi, thanks for your replies. I've been onto the Distilled site and have booked a seminar. I can't go to LinkLove unfortunately as I'll be on holiday that week but I've booked their Psychology of Link Building evening event at the end of this month. They are also running a SearchLove event in october that' I'll try to get to.

Does hreflang help international SEO?
Google don't look at Bing for their results About a year ago Google complained that Bing were copying their results - http://searchengineland.com/google-bing-is-cheating-copying-our-search-results-62914 - but really that's an aside. That said, in an ideal world I would also still recommend (wherever possible) that completely different content is created for UK and US markets. Partially to dodge the duplicate content bullet (although with href lang it looks like this isn't going to be so much of an issue any more); but mainly because there are a lot of differences between UK and US consumers. Although we both speak English, the English we speak, the way we search, the messaging we respond to is different. Obviously the option to create separate content isn't open to everyone (budgets, resources, etc). As such, if you can't stretch to creating separate content for each market I'd probably go with the hreflang implementation. However it is important to note that all that really deals with is the duplicate content - if your pages aren't strong enough then they still won't rank, so you'll need to think about building links to these pages too. I hope this helps, Hannah

ONLINE Seo Training
Greetings Champions! There really isn't any type of SEO training in all honesty. I read a post some time ago that to be a great SEO one has to want to be better. Justin Briggs uses the term "hustle" alot, and he often talks about being motivated with his work and that is the source of his skill. You have to have the curiosity to learn and dig for the information. Visit SEOMoz daily and read the blog posts, watch the WBF's go on Google and do your own experiments and see how the search engine works and before you know it, you will begin to understand how it all works. Good luck with your training and your quest for page 1! Justin Smith

Does more high traffic to your website increase your rankings?
More important than traffic volumne is what users do on the site and the build of that site. In recent times some of the metrics shown to have affect are: bounce rate, site speed and user engagement.

What about "CAPS" in site titel.
I am a title SEO cowboy myself, and i had the second place on the work "Flyttemand" (Mover) and i had all my titles whit the first word in CAPS, only ONE word, but since my site rank 1-3 in over 300 importen words and it become a VERY importen income in our firm, i got afraid the next "panda update" might hit sites acting like this... After reading the Google SEO book, i made the titel shot and precise just like they say, but changing site titel, put my down in all results, so its REALLY importen to set them up 100% correct one time for all. We lost alot of clicks changing to not caps and move 2-8 places down cost some income, god think is they move back up slowly, but its like Google notice title is new and then some of you linking to this site not work so well, but when google see the links remaining you move back up... or... you just get a algorithm pennlti for changing titles. Thx for all your replys!!
