Site Disappeared For Exact Match Search?
Thanks for taking the time to look into this for me, I was freaking out! It just came back for me today. No idea why it disappeared for me, I had even searched under a few different IPs and saw nothing.

Need a full web design TEAM.
Thanks Robert, I definitely feel that the process is the most important thing. Also, generally companies who have a process are on top of a lot of other things. I appreciate the response. Jesse

Wikipedia and Domain Authority?
I was actually recently asked about a Wikipedia page for our company as well. We currently have a fairly strong brand but our domain authority is only 32/100 and we only have links coming in from 73 different domains(822 total links). Should we hold off on a Wikipedia page for the reasons outlined above? Also, I should add that somebody did try to create one recently but it was deleted by Wikipedia.

Site Architecture for Sub-Brands
Hosting these pages as subfolders instead of subdomains should be fine, and is the "traditional" way of presenting new content with the highest likelihood that the content will inherit authority from its parent domain from an SEO point of view. They should rank just as well as if they were on subdomains or separate domains. Separate installations and themes should not make a difference; Google will be absolutely clear in its understanding that these sub-brands are related to the main brand and to each other, so assuming you are fine with this, different design and CMS installations will not make a difference.

Why Google would list a page with no content? and rank it in 1st /2nd page of google serps?
Hi there, I agree with Nate that the question is awkwardly phrased and I'm having a little trouble understanding exactly what is going on without real examples, but I believe what you're probably dealing with here is a case of one domain being stronger than the other, and that site ranking better based upon domain strength rather than true relevancy to the query. This is not uncommon and is often seen when very strong domains (big newspapers, etc.) rank for a query with a thin, unhelpful page. Higher-value, relevant results from much weaker websites rank much lower. Google attempts to stop this from happening but it's not uncommon.

Flash and pinterest how can I pin
Depending on how your site is designed, you could just upload images and use them for place holders with pinterest. What you would have to do is upload the images, then add open graph tags to the site. With them you can make the pages show up what ever image you want in both facebook and pinterest. Here is the spec on them, https://developers.pinterest.com/rich_pins/

.land extension or .com extension? Please help!
Use the .com. People know what it is, and once you have a solid strategy in place, it will do better. When you try and complicate things for the end user, it just goes downhill. One thing that was always preached to me by my mentors: Optimize and build around the lowest common denominator, without insulting your intelligent users. .land will confuse both.

Help me decide between 2 domains! Please!
PlayHazel.com Lumina, you beat me to it, lol. I was going to say that the "play" part of the first domain you listed is much more suggestive, and lets the user know that an action will be required of some sort. (action words, yay!) Plus, it is easier to remember and say, which could help in your branding efforts while the project gets off the ground.

Flash Banners in 2014
I do believe that purchasing direct advertising on specific sites, as well as GDN and other networks are both in the cards. I was just curious about format, since I was under the impression that Flash was being phased out by most sites these days and HTML5 is coming on strong. Most of the comments here support this theory. Unfortunately, my company does not. They still think there is no difference between flash, animated gif and html5 when it comes to banner creative. They will learn soon enough, with or without my input (which is never asked for when planning)

Turning traffic into community
Hey Jen, Amazing timing! Really good feedback. As for a starting place, could you recommend any platforms or plug and play solutions? Where you can encourage engagement, promote community members, and send out emails. There are a lot of options out there but most of them seem kind of archaic. Especially compared to the shininess of Moz Q&A and Youmoz. Appreciate your help!

Can you recommend any USA web testers
Another decent site for usabilty testing is: http://www.feedbackarmy.com/ (not the best, but good results for a company with a tight budget).

Examples of Domain Change for Big Brands
One we were watching, the Official site for Jehovah's Witnesses went from watchtower.org to jw.org with a major site redesign. What makes it an interesting case study is that it was a multi language site as well.

Enigma of Google & China - Can you solve it?
Hi Jane, Thanks for the comment. We are 301ing the 404's to appropriate locations. By endless scrolling (also known as infinite scrolling) it's just the Facebook style news feed auto load of new contact when a user nears the base of a page. However, we have reverted back to previous pagination, this has slowed down the traffic drop but not ceased it. Any other suggestions?

How to rank #1 for brand name when its 2 competitive keywords?
"What else can I do to improve on its position in the SERPS?" Backlinks, backlinks, backlinks. Validation, validation, validation. There are a ton of citation sources available, and I would submit to as many of them (that are reputable) as you can. One thing to remember is: don't only link to the homepage if you want the subpages to get some good ol' Google love. "Would a hyphenated domain make any difference at all?" If you already have a good domain in place, I would not go changing that. The existing domain name probably has domain age and history, along with backlinks in place. Only if the existing domain had a spam or penalty issue would I change the domain. Be patient. The changes will not come fast. Google has to validate your new information from each source, and that can take a while. To speed it up a bit, link out to your social and ciation sites (using a nofollow or not, up to you) as they will link back. Once you have the new links in place, submit the URL with the outgoing links in GWT using fetch as Google. If it is a legit business, submit to major data providers such as Axiom, since Google uses them for data validation. You will need a tax ID and some other information tho.
