Google SERPS problem - "block all results from this domain - click here".
Thanks for the input guys. On further testing I noticed that it does indeed happen in many cases, always upon returning to the Seach Results after a quick view of the site. Also for blue-chip brand sites. Phew!

Is There Any Problem For Google When We Use Capital Letters in the Beginning of Each Word in TITLE?
There isn't a distinction between upper and lower case on your pages but be sure that your URLs are all consistent because http://www.mywebsite.com/CheapHolidaystoEgypt is not the same url as http://www.mywebsite.com/cheapholidaystoegypt.

The related: query for one of my urls makes no sense
I checked my deep pages and they come up much the same as home page. But apearing on banners would not help being in related likes in my mind. I dont know why google incleds some and not others, but i guess its on rank or popularity.

Is it hurting my seo ranking if robots.txt is forbidden?
Yes, excluding certain pages can be a benefit to your rankings: if the excluded pages could be considered duplicate content with your marketing pages or with it each other. This is usually the case for blogs (think wordpress categories) or webshops (pagination, as well as single product pages reachable by different paths (and thus having different urls). As Ryan pointed out: controll that on the page level via noindex, follow to allow PR to flow. Use noindex, nofollow for "internal" pages you dont want to see crawled. I am not sure, but having 9950 pages indexed, but considered duplicate content might hurt rankings for other pages on that domain. Google might consider the Domain spammy. If you need a specific hint for your domain, send me a PM and I have a look if time permits.

Higher rank created a quick boost but it didn't last..
Great question.... SEOs must become comfortable with "dealing with uncertainty". Search engines don't reveal how they rank websites so the best thing that you can do is to study what they do reveal, study the opinions of trusted SEOs (such as the guides and articles on SEOmoz), and ask questions in a forum like this one. Most important, you must study continuously to stay up-to-date. Keep in mind that much of the advice that you will receive will be wrong and don't trust advice that is very old. Most of the decisions that I make on running my site are made with a level of uncertainty. However, before I make major moves I communicate with a few people that I trust to hear their opinions. Remember, it is not how many people agree it is who you are listening to - and even they are wrong some of the time.

Accidently blocked our site for an evening?
If you have any sort of caching installed, you could try refreshing it and resubmitting the sitemap. I checked your robots.txt file at http://tool.motoricerca.info/robots-checker.phtml and it flagged the allow line. I don't think that would cause a problem, but you could try removing the "Allow: /" line and see if that helps.

Does Google do domain level topic modeling? If so, are off-site factors such as search traffic volume taken into account?
Yes i do, some will argue that each pages stands on its own, but relevancy plays a major part, you wan to be in a relevant link neighborhood, both external and internal

What is the ideal range of keyword density?
See this post from Rand that has a section on Keyword Density. Short version is that it doesn't make sense to look at a specific percentage, but make sure that you at least use your keyword on your page, it's readable, and you don't stuff the page. http://www.seomoz.org/blog/some-opinions-on-the-seo-myths-realities-fight

How Do Geo Rankings Work?
Your clients address is probably on his website so Google finds him more relevant for the location which his business actually exists. Can you optimize for the business's actual location? Absolutely! But, it will be much more difficult to be found relevant for a suburb if his business's actual location is in Chicago.

Dramatic ranking shifts
I've seen some more dramatic shifts over the past few days for UK results at least, from what I've been reading on various forums/Twitter I think there's been some algorithm updates, as a number of sites/webmasters being affected.

Understanding the concept of "Keywords"?
"Keywords" isn't necessarily the best term for "keywords". What you're really looking for are the right Keywords OR Key Phrases. With that in mind, all of the examples you provided are keywords.

WIll embedding affiliate links from Amazon, commission connection services, and AdSense damage your SEO?
Yes, too many ads on your page will negatively affect your rankings. The amount of ads you should have on your site depends on the amount of content on the page. A flimsy page with 3 or more ads will not be something Google will like, but a page with tons of content can get away with 5 ads for example. My suggestion is to platy around with placement and keep only the best converting ads and lose the ones who's performance is sucking. Look at your pages and use judgement as to how many ads it should have on it for the best user experience.

Home page replaced by subpage in google SERP (good or bad)
Many quality websites have deep pages that outrank their homepage. This is actually a natural organic pattern. In general most homepages can be classified as director pages with clear navigation to content...it is these content pages that are usually linked to.

Rankings moving in every 2 days.
Sunny, I replied to your e-mail. Your site has numerous seo issues such as keyword cannibalization for your search term, way too many links on pages, using https for your entire site, etc. My recommendation is addressing these issues, especially the cannibalization, and then check to see if your rankings stabilize.
