  • After doing some individual research, this is what I found out: When adding an using an "M." mobile site to Google WMT you need to add, and verify, this subdomain into Webmaster Tools the same way you would add and verify the "WWW" and "Non-WWW" version of a domain. Hope this helps you out too

  • If i strictly stay up to the question then i would go this way... 1. If the content is really awesome for for duplicate but always ad the canonical tag so that you do not die in the SE world. 2. If the content is just tons of words on the page to fill the container... its better to let the container go empty!

  • it's essentially the same however if you go through go daddy's reseller service they have a specialized dashboard to assist you. More info below: http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/reseller-hosting.aspx they also have a nice comparative chart however i would suggest double checking the pricing with hostgator and blue host as they keep updating it: http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/reseller-hosting.aspx

  • Make sure that you have unique content. When I looked at your site last week, I saw content that was identical to many other article writing sites, and possibly an instance of copyright infringement.

  • Well- I confirmed it when a crawl came back with 12,500 errors ( all from email a friend url ) which is a no crawl page. Over the last 2 weeks we made sure our site was 100% with a revalidation again with W3C and came back 100% and google now is crawling us 2 to 3 times a week. So- I think the crawl at Moz went out and drank a bit to many cold ones.... Have a good holiday.   Chad

  • Probably, you can set pointing to the lower case URL. So, even though the upper case and lower case are actually no difference for us, search engines may assume the lower case url will be the primary one. Other alternative maybe to have a regular expression to redirect/rewrite the capitals into lower case.

  • i do see the site ranking # 1 in Google.de , not for google.com and google.ca. It's definitely ranking at the top because of the exact match in the URL as well as keyword stuffing on the actual page itself. Google may not have rolled out the updates as aggressively for the international sites as they did for .com. I agree with eyepaq its only a matter of time before another high quality site knocks it off the top position.

  • Dear Mark, First i say thanks, also thanks lot. But when click the appropriate link, the page has been opened without any issue also with trailing slash. just check like follow, www.tuscany-cooking-class.com/es then select alojamiento link**,** then select the villa pandolfini link now page has open with trailing slash at the end. Thanks advance

  • To add to EGOL's response, i would also recommend doing a lot of A/B testing with landing pages. The goal at the end of the day should not just be getting traffic to the site but conversions. Use the Google website optimizer to run A/B or Multi variate tests with your landing pages and choose the winner based on the results. Try placing the video at the top or text (call to action, testimonials) and see what performs better from a conversion standpoint.

  • Don't use nofollow as long as you are happy that the content to not duplicated else where. On the link anchor, I would try and be as informative as possible, so the visitor has some idea of what they will get when they click.

  • Hi Kami, You might want to ask this in a new post. New posts on old threads don't bump a post in the Q&A forums, so not too many people will see this post (I only knew about it as I was notified from having subscribed last year).

  • Just in case anyone else has this question or comes across this hopefully it will help them... Using the entire review content from 3rd party site on your site even is you are using schema mark up will be considered duplicate content. Thank you to Brian U. over at Webmaster Central
