Hmm, I actually did. and it is still there under my original profile, and with my preferred selection. Its just that I have to add the sitemap to the new account and wait until it propagates with all the info and crawl stats/errors.

Ill wait a few days and see if it changes. Or is it a bad idea?

Great worked like a charm... Now I just delete the new profile that I had just created as the initial profile states my correct preferred domain now, correct?

I am just looking for some evidence from those that use keywords to see if they help. Example maybe someone has found that some search new search engine, like duckduckgo, topsy, etc that uses meta keywords for example and they see keywords helping them get traffic from those places.  Otherwise why not is not a good enough reason for me, as its extra work to add keywords without benefit, plus it looks SEO 1.0 (think html tables, static pages) vs SEO 2.0 to me.

one of the first things I look at to judge an SEO on is whether or not they have 50 keywords per page with meta tags.

1. I stopped using meta keywords tag because Google doesn't use it any more, plus if you are in a competitive field by using keywords you are giving free keyword research to your competitors? Does any one still use meta keywords here? If so why?

Trying to set a preferred domain in GWT, and the site is verified via Google Analytics and meta tag in the code, but still asks:

Part of the process of setting a preferred domain is to verify that you own http://site.org/. Please verify http://site.org/.

You mentioned "two different citys for her service" are you trying to rank for local results or for organic results?

Also first page for one of the cities does this mean for the main location, aka the location of the business?

But I was not able to find a embed that asked for a review. What I usually do is a button that links to the profile that says review us, or something similar, that links to the main google+ page and once there they see the option to submit a review

UPDATE - Identical name across is nice for creating alerts for things such as reputation management or for others to quickly find multiple social networks profiles with your brand name. But as long as you link these social profiles such as G+ google will honor that connection and see the link between your brand and profile

There are great alternatives and none come close to the amount of info Google itself provides, even though now Keyword Planner is an inferior service to some.

Does it matter to Google that the graphics are absolutely identical?

Google only sees text and code, it does not see graphics, remember the google bot/crawler just scans the content, code, and does not see images at all other than the alt tags and image file names.

For users, a logo us usually the defining element that will help a user distinguish between the two sites

I felt that was your main concern, even though you had sub questions there as well.  I guess it comes down to is it worth going the length to get a perfect citation profile across the board or are majority + main citations correct enough for search engines to properly index and add authority to your local presence? Its a tough call, as its not like the citations do not exist, but they exist and with incorrect info are sending wrong info.

Maybe other can chime in, as from my experience there is some grace given when you have significant amount of necessary citations, even though there are few incorrect listings but with this YMMV.

Google thinks that by entering Crawford you are entering the city + Realty therefore those results.

Searches for Crawford Reality + location , as in Western Australia, or even for me just Australia, would return normal results as in this case google interprets the search query as business name + location, vs city + business type as above.

If you have great links pointing to the old dated pages, just update them with new information. Generally its better not to have outdated info on your site, but sometimes pages are left, even if dated, as they have great links pointing to them. This gives you best of both, as long as the link does not say site.com/fair-2012 and you are adding new info to it. Might want to keep it general and not date specific.
