Hi Monica,
Thanks for this - I haven't used WebCEO before. Is there any unique insight you get from WebCEO that you can't get elsewhere?
Thanks again!
PS - Not surprised to see Screaming Frog mentioned so many times...!

Which 3rd Party Digital Marketing Tools Do You Or Your Business Use?
Hi all,
I was looking to find out what are the most popular 3rd party digital marketing tools are in 2015 and was hoping to tap into the wealth of expertise here at Moz. I'd like to ask that you please list 5 of your most used 3rd party tools below including **1 tool which you wish you could use **regularly but maybe don't have a subscription for.
I'll aggregate the data and then provide a comprehensive list - as long as we get enough feedback.
My list would look like this;
- Google Analytics
- Search Metrics
- Google Webmaster Tools
- Majestic
- SEM Rush
Wish) Linkdex (well worth a look if not used before)
Many thanks to all in advance!

Backlinks from the Same Domain (But Different Pages)
Wayyy back when (in the days of yore) Mr Cutts spelled out in a video that page rank is distributed equally between the external links on the page. If there are two links on a page, each gets passed 50% of the available page rank etc. (Perhaps an oversimplification but bear with me).
As a result of this, the company I worked for at the time (this was the dark ages when sidebar homepage links were in vogue) decreed that we would only ever approach a site about a link for a client once, as additional links had little extra SEO Value.
Now you could argue that if there are 5 external links, each acquiring 20% of the power, and your site has 2 of those, you are getting 40% of the power, but lets forget the basic math for a minute.
I have scoured the web and Mr Cutts' videos and I cannot find the answer to my question:
If my site (Site A) has a backlink from SiteB Page 1, and a backlink from SiteB page 2 - does this count as two separate links in the eyes of Google? If the SAME site links out to my site, linking to different pages in different posts, does this give me more SEO benefit?
Thanks for your time!

RE: SeoMoz says I have no link, when I know I have. What's going wrong
SEOMoz doesn't crawl the whole web.
SEOMoz find new links every 4-6 weeks on its recurrent spidering paths around the web.
It now shows a link for me that has dropped out - with present technology vs practicalities business-wise it can't physically go real-time yet

RE: Did Google's Farmer Update Positively/Negatively Affect Your Search Traffic?
One client (Domain authority 47 ranks for 100s of tough brand related keywords) and had duplicate content on its internal brand pages (the same few 100 words of brand info on each brand page) and was hit badly.
We have other clients in this vertical (Mens designer clothing in UK) , some with duplication have increased in rankings, but they might have a slightly higher Domain Authority 50).
All the ranking drops happened on April 12th, across all pages which had internal duplication (you can see traffic drops by dissecting brand pages in GA).
We have re written all content and placed it on all pages so there is no internal duplication. All the new content has been there for a month and each page has been cached. No change to our rankings.
Anyone know if the changes they have made have seen any improvements? Surely if this algorithmic then once the algorithm picks up the changes then it re-assesses you and will change your ranking? Surely you can’t now be a ‘marked’ domain???
