Links Identified in WMT not on Webpages
You need to check link presence with help of Google Cache. Some toxic assets using link cloaking so only Google can see links, but users can't find them. Isn't fair, but can be seen often.

Knowledge Graph Quick Answer Box: Is there anything we can do to get our content to appear there?
Hi Laura. There was a recent discussion related to this here: http://moz.com/community/q/google-box. It sounds like you've already applied the relevant structured data: https://developers.google.com/structured-data/customize/social-profiles, so it may come down to searcher intent / strength of the competitor. Cheers!

Canonical URL & sitemap URL mismatch
Hi, It sounds like the setup should do what you want and not hurt visibility as such. It would be worth checking google webmaster tools for indexed pages to verify that the canonical urls are the ones that are indexed and there is not a large difference between total products/pages on the site and what google has in the index - which might indicate an issue. If the product range does not change much then it would be worth editing the sitemap to show the canonical urls. Having non canonical urls in the sitemap isn't ideal since it ads an extra step between the urls you are declaring and the urls you want in the index. That being said I have seen magento installs with similar issues with the sitemap urls and have not noted any major problems.

Zemanta Pricing
James- We are also considering using Zemanta - I've been quoted $2k a month minimum for related articles and $3K for In-text links. Did you just negotiate a lower minimum? Also are you using In-text or related article and in your opinion which method is the more valuable link. Thanks, Chas Blackford-LegalMatch

HTML5 Video - Rich Snippet Markup and Quality
Hey Tom, This should be a relatively simple process for you. Just ensure you aren't hiding the <video>tag behind a load of JavaScript and then reference the .mp4 version of the file in the <content_loc> element of your video sitemap, along side a thumbnail and other required metadata -http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=80472</content_loc></video> However, in answer to your Q's, there are a couple of things you can do to make the rich snippets surefire You should also add the videoObject schema mark up (http://schema.org/VideoObject) before the <video>tag <div< span="">itemprop="video" itemscope itemtype="http://schema.org/VideoObject"></div<></video> If you're delivering both videos through the same player, i basically wouldn't worry about it and would just mark everything up to match the default (i assume) HD settings. Otherwise, i'd mark the two different versions as different schema.org videoObject's, using videoQuality and videoFrameSize to differentiate one as HD and one as SD. In your video sitemap, you should then include both videos under the same URL. Google claim they don't currently crawl Theora files. While this will certainly change going forward, i would for now just include the MP4 file in the video sitemap. What you include in the actual HTML probably wont matter, but safest bet will be to have the MP4 referenced. Hope that's useful! Phil

Current best link building practise
I really like this approach, and I think it is very beneficial. How do you use this approach on a topic that is not that interesting. You may get one or ever ten articles however I feel like this becomes redundant especially if all these article s are on the same site. For example if you had a client that was doing property management or apartment rentals, what would you write about? and how much of this can you create?

Wordpress malware help
Did you already try changing the URL path using the 'edit' function next to the 'Title field' on the 'WYSIWYG' editor where you edit posts? That may be a good place to start. If you continue to have issues, it might not be a bad idea to go and investigate the architecture to see how your categories and pages are configured.

Combining two domains
If you're going to redirect it, then take it down and set up a 301 redirect in its place. I may have misunderstood but that's what it sounded like you were planning to do.

What schema would be best for a Q&A section of a website?
Hi Keri, I am also looking for schema to use for a question and answer site. The content is generated similarly to Yahoo Answers. Users will post both questions and answers and assign them categories. What schema should I use to ensure rich snippets in Google? Thanks!
