If you have a current database of clients emails we have found that a simple e-mail campaign asking for a review if the customer is satisfied is effective

RE: Title tag terminology on website
Hi
Yeah i agree with Tim, focus on having a unique title tag for each page which focuses on the key term you are looking to rank for. If it is a well known brand there can be an argument for putting the brand name first however if the brand is not so well known, go with the keyword first.

RE: Strange referral site: www.cyberonlineclicking.com would like some insights from the community
Looks extremely suspicious and very little information about it available online. Found this Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/pages/cyberonlineclickingcom/1602727359954122 not sure if its theirs or what they are actually offering.

RE: How do I know which keywords to track in my MOZ Campaigns?
Hi Ben
Have you already optimised your website for keywords? If not then follow Martijn's advice, if the current website is optimised then simply track all keywords which you are currently trying to rank for.
Kind Regards

RE: Is this PPC claim true?
Hi
If you dont target your brand terms believe me their is a competitor that will. I would advise against giving it to them on the cheap.
It can often look quite powerful if you are ranking well organically and also have PPC adverts at the top of the page.
have a read of this for further insight http://searchengineland.com/bidding-brand-terms-196098

RE: What are effective ways of finding people to link to my blog post?
A couple of useful tools for finding influencers to reach out to are
http://buzzsumo.com/ and MOZ's own https://followerwonk.com/
Hope this helps and good luck!

RE: Other tools to check keyword competition/difficulty
I would recommend installing the Moz Bar, Google search your key terms and check the DA and PA of the pages that are ranking. The higher they are generally the tougher it will be to rank for that term

RE: Regarding rel="publisher". Company info not shown in google?
Are you referring to the knowledge panel? If so there is nothing you can do that will guarantee that you will get this to appear for brand name searches. No one knows exactly what triggers it but generally building up the online authority of your business will help. Focus on things like reviews, social media(google+), local links etc.
These should help but as i said no guarantee it will appear.
As these only appear for brand name searches you probably wont be losing out too much by not getting it.

RE: Going mobile: Responsive or different mobile version?
I would always recommend a mobile responsive website and we do the same for all our clients. This method is also recommended by Google and have said on record that it is industry best practice to have this.
A separate mobile website means Google will have more difficulty in crawling it as their are 2 versions of the same website.
Two sites would also require two separate SEO strategy's, managing and optimizing one site is much easier.
Go with responsive!

RE: Site scraped/Backlink problem?
Hi Carly
Yeah disavowing a link is standard practice these days if you dont want Google to take it into consideration, I would definitely be disavowing the links which you have mentioned if you cannot get them removed

Apologies it appears it is down now and Moz is aware of it

RE: Link Building/ Off page strategy. Do we have already have a 'hook' or should we create more specific content.
Yeah i agree with Hutch42, aim to create content which is high quality and people will genuinely want to link to it. The blog would also allow you to target the content much more effectively. Do some keyword research and figure out what kind of things people are searching for in your industry and create some unique content around this.

RE: How to Get Search Data for Keyword Lists
I would use the keyword planner on Google adwords for this, it will allow you to upload a CSV and give you the average monthly searches for each of the terms

RE: Algorithm Updates
If you have access to the analytics i would recommend the panguin tool
Very useful for comparing traffic against Google algo changes

RE: Link Building
Creating quality content is really the way to go. Try to be as original as possible.
We often find well made infographics are really useful for creating links. people like pictures!
You could consider as well some interviews with key members of the organisation or people with specialist niche skills. These pieces can often be very interesting.
Finally i would advise before you start come up with a content plan, it will help you stay focused on what needs you need to be produced and where it needs to be promoted.
Best of luck!

Metatags on drupal question
Hi
Im quite inexperienced on drupal (normally an umbraco user!) and im having some difficulty with the Metatags on the CMS. I have been applying Meta Title and descriptions to the individual pages however they only appear when i preview the page and not when the page is saved. When i go into the metatag section located at /admin/config/search/metatags i am given a list of settings including
Global: Front Page and Node. Im sure the reason it keeps defaulting the metatags back is to do with this but im not sure what to change to apply my own
Thanks in advance
