My blog is tripsetc.com/blog and has not been penalized by any search engine so as it was the first time I encounter that situation i was puzzled. Thanks again. Yes, most social media profiles and pages work in the same way. If you were to earn healthy links to your page, you could theoretically rank higher for certain terms.  Whether there's an upper limit for Facebook in Google I'm not sure.

Hi, Can not really reconsider another domain as primary MEDICARE with correct spelling is restricted to Government entities (.gov,.com,.net) my only chance to get it with exact spelling was to opt for .md extention. But will for sure  utilize Geo targeting. Thanks S.H

Hi, Thanks for reply. I think offering content is pretty popular now to high PR sites that authors can get back links from rather than Submitting to directories which in most cases is pain. They get free backlinks by their content form good websites like yours. S.H

Thanks for your answer. To be more specific I got to ask this direct question: Is it better to keep https for Transactions pages only while keeping the rest of the website as http? This is for a Travel Reservations website. Looking at Major Travel websites like Travelocity and Orbitz they are designed this way.

Hi Just want to let you know. Had this problem resolved and now my website is showing among Top 10 in Google for my Area and Region. Before resolution I was number 10 in few cities and non existant in the rest. Thanks a lot.
