There is not like a set number for anything in SEO. But if you think its too much then it probably is. It depends on your competition and what they are already doing (google obviously likes what they are doing or they wouldn't rank).

RE: No more Juicy Link Finder!
Just use the other seomoz tools to find links.
http://www.seomoz.org/labs/link-finder/index.php
http://www.seomoz.org/labs/link-intersect
Its really easy to find links your competitors are already using that are working, once you have the list of links to go after the best ones by using the seomoz toolbar to find out which sites have the best authority.
Hope that helps.

RE: What happens with Likes etc when we change site structure
Just ensure your redirects are setup and that you have proper 404 page in case you miss any 301's so that google handles everything properly. It shouldn't be a big deal though.

RE: Exact match subdomains
Hey Mate,
One of my clients has around 20 terms on his site that we created exact match sub-pages for which are basically:
These rank very well, I can't say they are as good as an actual exact domain match but they def help get us ranking faster because the keywords in the url at all create authority.

I am unsure what DFA stands for?

RE: What is wrong with our site?
Resslers tip here about varying the anchor text is one of the most over-looked factors. This is extremely important, as is the entire link profile being given consideration. You never want just one type of link vs another.

RE: What is wrong with our site?
Hey man, email me at shannonlilly@rocketmail.com I have a link building technique I would love to share with you privately.

RE: What is wrong with our site?
I concur here with Ressler.
You def need LOTS more quality links to gain front page exsposure but before you spend the time and money to do that (time is money) be sure that is the best term you should be going after.
You say you are using awords, I would split test which keywords (like i suggested before) actually convert clicks to customers (split testing will give this data too you).
You will then know which keywords are better for organic rankings. This is when PPC or CPC comes in handy!

RE: How to improve my ranking for spain
Hey Mate,
Ranking in other NON usa search engines is generally easier yes even google because they are not in need of as much spam control (us stupid americans at work).
My suggestion is just build quality links and provide valuable content on the site and your rankings will go up. What term are you trying to rank for if I may ask?

RE: How to set up Wordpress on our Germany Host?
I have not heard that it is necessary to host your site on a server from the country you want to rank better in... But regardless I think a us host is just fine.

RE: What is wrong with our site?
Hey Mate,
Well first off your site is really nice (good job).
Your aiming for a very competitive phrase. You would be better off and probably convert more seeing as how your service is not actually for live chat but rather the back-end of allowing people to have live chat on there websites. I would go for terms like live chat software, live chat program etc... You would convert better and rank easier. When I go to google and type in live chat its because I want to chat with someone live. Not find a software to do it myself.

RE: Article Marketing
Hey Keri,
I tested article marketing a lot. Submitted over 200 HAND written articles (no dupes at all) to over 100 different directories.
The rankings did not go up or down so I have stopped article marketing because it all seems to be in vain at this point. I wish it wasnt because I was literally hand writing these articles of 500+ words myself with 1 outgoing link on them to my site with the correct anchor text.
Its really sad.
