On an average I got 200 visitors from my targeted country whenever I submit prweb press release as per Google Analytics. About SERP ranking, its totally depends which keyword you are targeting in the press release. I prefer to use Prweb in reputation management project because it has got 96 domain authority and that press release content just need few quality backlinks and social share to rank in top ten.

I am not sure but I would recommend it's use is to 'hide' pages from the robots, not really for anything else. It is used for exclude content from being crawled, you can add this tag manually to all pages that they don't want the index server to crawl, but why you add this tag on home page and content page do you don't want to crawl that pages??

So not to worry about the same template, if your site having unique content then same design doesn't harm your ranking.
I am not sure but as per my experience, it is not affect your SEO if you have same template but different content. If you have different content for all your site then Google does not consider your sites as duplicate site. My client have multilingual site having same template but still he ranked in top 10.

I think if index.php contains backlinks and you have 301 redirected then some % of link-juice may be loss but it does not have huge affect as you said. Have you contain EMD?? After EMD algorithm updates by Google it may be possible your domain was affected by this update.

According to my experience, Open-site explorer from SEOmoz and ahrefs.com is best backlink checker tool for both HTTP and HTTPS. These both tools are very helpful to you to analysis your site's backlinks.
Having Capital letters in the URLs are not bad for SEO, Google consider this case as negative seo and it will not affect your ranking, but i recommend to use lower case in URL because it is User-friendly and SE friendly, and may be possible that you will have duplicate content issue if search engine see variations of upper and lower case among URLs that all evidently point to the same content. Reciprocal link exchange is mainly effective in two aspects, in link building and in traffic building. It is good if you get relevant and dofollow links. I think now very few people are using reciprocal link exchange.

If you want to increase your onpage report card grade then you have target relevant keyword for that landing page and satisfied all grading factors of SEOmoz. Hi it is possible to have multiple H1 because several H1s depends on your content. It is blog and every entry has its own heading so it is H1.

See this site on home page it has blog links and each articles has it's own section and content that's why it has multiple H1. You can use Multiple H1 if you have different sections on your page.
