How to produced amazing contents
I would refer to Egol Answer to your question when trying to rank for such a competitive saturated market, even if you do produce the quality of content you are asking for the chances of success are slim - (excuse the pun) so the answer i gave is probably a good alternative in some ways not all, depends on how much expense and time you want put in to a market such as this.

Outsourcing content creations
We have had good success in the past with journalism students from the local colleges. You can usually find them through Craigslist or contacting the schools directly. One good thing hiring freelancers locally is they are available to come in and meet with us when needed to learn about our clients brands and their needs. I would highly suggest if you want to outsource your content to go with someone local and trustworthy rather than trying to find someone online through Odesk or other similar sites.

Correct, sometimes you can even don't use it at all. I have pages which are ranking for phrases which are not in the text.

Video Conversions
The conversion factor depends more on the video/offering itself as opposed to the voice. definitely, a voice is better than just music. It makes it more personal when you have a voice in the background as opposed to video. Here's a link to a good post on video link building

Web2.0 and private sites backlinks loop hole
To be honest, using Web 2.0 links in this way is viewed as a low quality activity. Many of these types of links were targeted by multiple Penguin updates, and too many of them could cause you a penalty. I'm not saying that all 2.0 links are bad - they certainly aren't. But spammers try to build 100's of 1000's of these types of links on throw-away blogger and WordPress blogs that add very little value to the web. These are the links Google tries to sniff out, so it's best to avoid them. A network of these types of links is Google's very definition of "unnatural" and could quickly lead to a loss of rankings and traffic. Put simply, Google wants you to earn your links. To answer your question more directly, the first link from any domain tends to count more than other links. So 100's of links from the same domain don't add as much value after the first links. And yes, this can start to look fishy. It's best to use 2.0 links in moderation, and make sure you are targeting high authority, well trusted sites. I recommend building profiles on good sites and earning links through adding value.

Copyscape premium fails to deliver- Concern and question
I often feel like Copyscape was created by the owners of automated content spinners to falsely prove themselves legitimate. The place that I've seen it talked about, by far the most, is in any spammy blackhatworld.com or warriorforum.com offerings, talking about how they pass Copyscape. You should find that quickly, Google is a much more accurate at understanding similar copy, if you paste a few lines into search and thumb through a few pages. I would never trust Copyscape alone. There are a number of reasons that it may be wrong; as there's definitely a lot to consider when analyzing copy.

Article marketing, keyword research, traffic kaboom and you tube views?
Article spinning? Really, as a long term strategy this doesn't work. Your customers. Use google tools such as Google Analytics and Google Adwords to find out how they're getting to your site. Never trust a website promising a quick and easy way to get links. Usually these links have no value and won't serve you any use in the long term. It's effective for buying YouTube views not customers, which is what you want in the long term right? Let's face it Marketing is hard and sometimes monotonous work, but when done right awesome results do actually happen. So don't trust any of the quick rich schemes you've mentioned. Do the work, put the hours in, and you will see the results.

What are the best tools for back links?
You aren't going to get much support for an automated link building system around here. You may want to check into some black hat forums for that kind of feedback. In the end, if it's a tool or system that everyone can use than you are going to find that Google is already of aware of it, and that it will give you no competitive advantage because anyone can do it. Having said that, many SEOs get a short boost from spamming tools, but at the cost of loosing all rankings in the future. If you want to play a game of constant building and burning then you are free to live the treadmill life of nonstop running.
