You need to set up two GMB locations. One location has to be in the USA and another one has to be in the UK. Also, you have to have a physical location in both countries in order to receive the postcards from Google and verify your listings.
You can add www.example.com/us/ version of the site to the "website field "in the GMB, and you add a regular version of the site to another GMB( UK Version).

For example, if you want to rank in California for web design you should create something like this.

Then you would try to rank each for " Web design company in Los Angeles"

You should check all the backlinks that you lost in the last 2 years to see any good links have been removed or marked no index. Another thing you should look into GSC to see if any spam links have been built to your site if so disavow them. Were you ranking for these keywords with your home page or just a specific local page?

The best way to do this is to create two versions of the website. One version would look like you said reversoproject.com/fr and it would target France and another version reversoproject.com for the English users. Since everything would stay in the same domain, your overall link profile will help you to rank higher in France. In other words, Google will treat your reversoproject.com/fr like DA 30 domain.

I do not think you should worry about spam score that much since this score was developed by a third-party tool and not by Google. Google does not want people to hide keywords via CSS, but I do not think that you can get a penalty if you do this on a single page only.

I would only keep the content that is related to the business unless you are getting a lot of traffic from these articles that are not related to heating systems and gas cylinders. Getting traffic it is always good to show Google that your site is interested enough to get visitors. If you decide to remove these blog posts, I would check if any of these irrelevant posts have any backlinks before you remove them. If they do have some links should try to redirect them to relevant pages that you would on your site or just keep them because of the high-quality links. It is a good idea to set up these deleted pages to 410 ( Page Gone) so Google will remove from the index much faster.

I would only keep "Used Cubicles" as your Title since you have an exact match domain. Upon checking your competitors, I see that your competitor has more text on his inner page, you must expand your content on your home to outrank. The rule of thumb is to have 20-30% more text than your competitor. In addition to that, you might need to build more exact match anchor texts to the home page.

Yes, I got it. That's the only option to do this if you want to pass link juice to www2.domain.com while you are working on the new site. There is no way to not lose traffic if you want to redirect everything on the page by page basis. Traffic will bounce back after you move back to www.domain.com, but it can takes time.

Try to update your home page by adding additional content to it or rewriting the existing content on the home page. Do not forget to reindex the home page after your update. In addition, you should install the Rank Math SEO plugin and regenerate the sitemap. Once, you have a new sitemap then you should resubmit the sitemap to GSC. You should only keep the URLs in the sitemap, but no images. If you want to remove some of your pages from the index you should set those pages to 410 Gone instead of 404 status. Also, I do not see that you have a link to your sitemap on your home page. You should add a link to the sitemap into your footer.

I think it is a bad idea if you are planning to rank category pages or products on that subdomain. The best option is to set up everything on WordPress with the Woocomerce plugin. The WordPress CMS is very flexible, SEO friendly and you have an access to your server if you need to pull server logs from it.

According to Imperva Incapsula Bot Traffic Report Ahrefs bot is the fastest commercial crawler which means it discovers links faster than other crawlers. I would not say that Moz bot is lazy, it just crawls the web at a slower rate.

To the best of my knowledge, the DA metric is being updated quite often, but it depends on the number of factors.
For example:
Are you getting do-follow links or no-follow links?
How many links are acquiring on monthly basis?
Did those links get index by Moz?
I know that 301 redirect to your money site might help you to bring your DA up fast, but the domain has to be very relevant and you need to know what are you doing.
