Link building strategy
It's best to either do redirects to pages that are essentially the same - did the blue candle have it's color renamed to robin's egg and thus got a new SKU/page? - or to build a creative 404 page that helps customers find the most common thing they look for on your site and putting a search box to help them. Here's an article about creative 404s for inspiration.

Ranking drop
Keep it easy man. If it is a one position drop, monitor your CTR and whether there are new competitors in your SERPs that have maybe just pushed you down.

Moz local question - Show 2 company websites
Hey Robert! Just in case the deleted response was not accurate. All you have to remember is when publishing a listing through Moz Local that the location has an existing verified Google Places or Facebook Places listing with a unique local telephone number. As long as a different local phone number exists with the above pages, they will be treated as separate businesses. This is how we can support multi-practitioner locations for Dentists, Physicians, etc. So Google+Facebook+Local number = 1 Moz Local location Then for any ongoing updates, you only need to update Google+Facebook as we import Name, Address, and Phone directly from those sources to submit. Hope this helps!

Big drop in Domain Authority
Hi Naracci - it's possible that the Mozscape index (which certainly doesn't have perfect coverage, but rather a more representative crawl coverage) hasn't seen all the links to your site. As you get them from more notable domains and pages, though, we should pick them up and you'll see that reflected in your DA/PA scores.

Sponsored blog - pass any link juice?
Hello, If the article is sponsored by you and is all about you, I would request no-follow. If it was not sponsored by you (but still by someone) and there is only a brief mention of you and a link I would keep that as a follow. At the bottom of this article from woorank it explains similar circumstances. Thanks, - Mike Bean

Upcity.com
Its utter garbage and snake oil. Their review system is flawed and I would not trust hiring anyone from their listing or the company itself.

Semalt.com
Absolutely agree, they bloat your site with spam referrer traffic etc. I would suggest putting some blocks in your analytics solution of choice to filter out their traffic from your visitor numbers etc, but also add something like the following to your .htaccess to further try and block them. You could also add the other above mentioned spammy site. Block Referrer Spam RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} ^http://.semalt.com/ [NC,OR] RewriteRule ^(.)$ – [F,L]

Domain name suffix impact on SEO
Hi, Matt is very rightly said "If you want to sell worldwide, I wouldn't use .london extension" . Apart from that Matt cutts said in 2012 "Google has a lot of experience in returning relevant web pages, regardless of the top-level domain (TLD). Google will attempt to rank new TLDs appropriately, but I don’t expect a new TLD to get any kind of initial preference over .com, and I wouldn’t bet on that happening in the long-term either. If you want to register an entirely new TLD for other reasons, that’s your choice, but you shouldn’t register a TLD in the mistaken belief that you’ll get some sort of boost in search engine rankings." Hope that helps Thanks

Link juice on sub domains
Usually the redirects Roberthseo describes are 302. For instance, I am redirected with the 302 to http://blackpen.tv/language/en/, because I am in Spain when accessing to blackpen.tv. That means that if somebody from Paris is linking to blackpen.tv and not to the paris.blackpen.tv subdomain, no link equity is passed because of the 302, even though it is also true that Google (aka: Matt Cutts) told once that in some special occasions (i.e.: when it is clear that a 302 stands for a 301), we can 302 treated as 301 (but, sincerely I don't think this is the case). So, the best is always to have backlinks pointing to the exact location.

Sponsored post
1. Yes 2. Depends - If you going to be getting visits from that post then defiantly because visits can turn into sales which can be a better result than a follow link at times. Finally you may find the following Youmoz post handy - http://moz.com/ugc/everything-you-need-to-know-about-sponsored-content

Webmaster tools International Targeting
Correct, apart the last phrase (If the content is similar/duplicate, also make sure you're setting up hreflang tags). If content are duplicated, than use cross-domain canonical, being the href of the canonical tag the one of the most important site. Hreflang, though, must be implemented in order to tell Google to show one URL to its specific geotargeted audience, despite of the canonicalization being present. Why, because hreflang and rel="canonical" are two different things and hreflang does not substitute rel="canonical".

Duplicate content on multistore Magento website
As Matt Cutts repeated several times, Google is smart enough to recognize when it comes to a domain, and in this case you will not be penalized. The problem is that the same Google will choose a main content (only one of the three), and the other will not look, that is, you will not be positioned. The quality work means creating quality content and original. I guess that although the three countries speak the same language the texts should not be the same.

Do banners pass link juice
Keep in mind that if it is a link that is paid for in some manner, the search engines want to see a nofollow on that link.

Should I use a Google Plus page or Google Plus for my business?
I have to agree with Rich. I do the same thing. My company page is linked to the site and I am setup as the author using Rel author. I see both my company and my authorship listed when running third party tools.

Does a loading homepage animation effect rankings?
Google is not going to render the animations, nor your loading image. So in terms of spidering, that shouldn't be a big deal. The site seemed to be relatively fast in loading but I noticed you're not using a CDN to load all that extra content. I would highly recommend moving all that off to something like Amazon CloudFront. That should help your load times some. Your site uses HTML5 so you might want to look into asynchronously loading some of your scripts. I noticed in Firebug that several scripts spent a long time being blocked (notably some Google scripts I didn't recognize)
