First we need to know which page? IF you redirected www.example.com/old-page to www.example.com/new-page and you did so in the .htaccess file, then when using OSE, there are a couple of things to consider: First OSE crawls roughly once a month. The next is scheduled for Valentine's Day. So nothing will show up different prior to that. 
Next, once you make the change, it will not be instantaneous. We do this fairly often with redesigns on sites where we are taking over the site and doing the SEO. We just made the switch on one roughly two weeks ago and did a url to url switch (actually to a similar site/ same product). Today I notice that we are up slightly in PA and there are two new links on the new site.
Typically, it will take two to three months to see the majority of the juice on the new url. A law firm we changed in late August shows that all has moved to the new site and the site has higher DA and home page PA than the original. While the old site shows slightly reduced DA and PA (which it will lose over time). 
In OSE if you do the search on the old url, it will tell you that hey this redirects to new url. Do you want this or the old one? You can then look at either.
If you did this and it is showing a PA of 1 there is something not correct. I would need to see the two urls to be aware of what is happening. but you should not be seeing any change prior to the update unless the 301 was placed prior to the last one.

Based solely on how you have written this, it is hard to believe it is algo change or any type of penalty. If you are ranking in the same places and CTR is same, it would seem that overall traffic for those terms is down. I realize it is not yet a month but have you checked the terms in Adwords to see if traffic is off this month?

I am not sure I understand where you say, " ...it will end and change to "page 24 of 201 results." I have used the site: operator a long time and I think it is reasonably accurate. One thing I notice is the occasional "some pages have been ... duplicate" and do you want to see those? So, if you include all of those what's the magic number?

Is there a reason you want the data that demands an exact result? I am not sure of anything that would give you that. The question is "indexed" within the given search engine. If you crawl with screaming frog, etc. you may see pages that are not indexed, so the comparison is not apples to apples. Just curious as to what you are wanting to know exact indexed pages for?

I think this will depend on the context you are using when you say campaign? Assuming you are using a Twitter button and are wanting to get social metrics from it for the site overall, I would think you are better off with only one site wide. Also, of the plugins available, I am not aware of any that give you multiple options. That said, if you want to use your personal for a page and your business for a page (assuming you are not blogging where you could set the personal as an example to the blog portion and the business to the site pages portion) you are likely able to use two different plugins one for pages where in you are using personal and one for business. 
On plugins that are site wide, you will likely need to have a blog for one and the site for the other.

You have a problem in what is showing as a page and what is not. If you will PM me I will endeavor to assist you. You have /wp-content/.../photo showing as pages. There are at least 6 pages using the title tag -  Rejuvalon Skin and Spa |  -

No, there are too many open variables: age of pages, localization, keyword popularity, etc.

Edit: look at mozTrust of urls and domain mozTrust of various sites. This will show you that a + b is not equal to c.

the second url (lubock) shows up in rank tracker quite well. See Image. Midland does not show up on the ranking. Now, I did find the other (Affordable, Midland) and it is fine.

When I look at A+ Midland, it is totally different than the Lubbock sites. (Places not verified, where as they are done very well for all your Affordable locations.)

As to if the rankings stopped tracking, I can only guess that you may have in some way turned them off in campaigns, or if using rank tracker, you unchecked a box.

Note: Rank tracker. If you put in storage units lubbock and appropriate url, then two weeks later you run another for same but uncheck box and in essence create new, the ranking history will be lost. You must leave the box checked in rank tracker or you will lose the history.

Questions are not dumb unless they are not asked. (my bit of Zen for the morning;).

It is interesting and I have seen it before. Not sure that I can answer why OSE would show it. It would be interesting to see the site/link if you could supply. As to not findig a link to the page, are you saying it was not a SERP result on Baidu? It was in some other way on the page?

Using mozbar, click on page analyses while on Baidu page and open box. When it opens in top right you will see several icons and the second is a white pen. Click or hover over and you will see a dropdown with different colors for highlighting. Click on followed and it will highlight in green all followed links. (assumption is it would be a followed link since it is a serp.) Let us know what you find.

The way campaigns are set up you cannot. We run into the same problem and the only option is to purchase multiple plans. If you look at the way they are laid out, there are several ways you can mitigate the costs to a point depending on number of keywords to track, etc.

We are looking at various other products and, frankly, I am looking at using more of moz and less or none of others.

By a sitewide 301 do you mean you simply redirected the domain (meaning one 301 of  domain economyleasinguk.co.uk only to www.economy-car-leasing.co.uk only)?

Next, when using OSE and you get the "abc.com redirects to www.abc.com we're showing links to www.abc.com to provide more accurate metrics... That can be from the preferred domain you set in GWMT or the .htaccess file so is likely not a factor in this.

When you do a site wide 301 it must be url to url: abc.com/ to a-b-c.com/ and abc.com/hot-deals to a-b-c.com/todays-sales, or abc.com/our-locations to a-b-c.com/our locations. Otherwise you are wasting all the link juice from the old site. This must be done in the .htaccess file.

To test this- OK I just did and you did it incorrectly and need to back up. When it says "do you want to see the results for economyleasinguk.co.uk instead click on that link for economyleasinguk.co.uk. When you arrive on the page, you have only one result from a site with a domain authority of 50 and that home page has a PA of 40.

I am guessing it was fairly close to those numbers prior to the 301. after three months, a lot should have moved to you. I looked at a cache of the new site and it goes to 2010 so I am assuming it was up when you did redirect and had been up for a while. The DA of the new site is 38 and home page PA is 39 so I would have expected that from a site up a couple of years. You don't appear to be getting much help from the redirect.

So, go back in and go url to url and make it work for you.

He also suggested that the PHP is not the way to go and it does not handle the url to url. So, there you have it.

At this point the only way to use Rank Tracker for geo specific areas is only possible in terms of using the search term and appending the city/locale. Typically, I track for general term: Consumer Banks / Consumer Banks New Orleans, etc. At least this way I feel I have some level of understanding of the searches around the local vs. overall.

I have found (and we use a lot of geo specific terms) that by continuing to track for them over time, we are able to take actions that improve outcomes for our clients. So, for your store, use the local city/area added to the keywords and track it over time to gather quality data.

BTW - your use of the term Global makes me want to say that Local in the keyword tool is US. (If you knew that, I was trying to help).

This may be the best answer I have seen to any question. The beauty of it goes on and on in that anyone in SEO dealing with clients must always ask themselves: Can the client handle the truth and/or understand the explanation?

The explanation is what you just gave and the truth is that no one knows for sure and it will often cost you a lot to get there. The other difficulty for SEO clients is that we live in a world of instant gratification. I have clients who spend a lot with me and regularly ask what they are getting (yes, they get reports, etc.). Interestingly, these same clients will mention they have just authorized a $250,000 TV ad campaign. (Trust me we are a bit cheaper.)

They understand the tv ad no matter what the results; even with excellent results (more and more customers) they have a hard time understanding the SEO.

OSE will not go as deep as the search engines simply due to the level of power they would need. OSE shows the more relevant links. If you want a good picture of the links to your site you should look in Googlewebmastertools (GWMT). In the dashboard you will see traffic, click and look at links to your site.

If you could be so kind as to give us a screen shot of the SERP showing the above result, that would be beneficial in a situation like this. The reason being, that it provides additional info as to how you are performing the search and, often a good screen shot will allow us to see the query parameters in the query string. 
But, I am fairly sure the reason you are seeing the result you are is due to you having searched this term many times and likely have clicked on the programa-ingles.net. remember, the search engines are trying to learn what you like and placing cookies to "assist" your search. Those cookies make your analysis to be flawed.

Notice that programa-ingles.net does not show in my search (it is not in top 30).

When  I do the search, having never searched on that term on Google.com.br, I get the screen shot labeled: _broad search, programa de ingles. _Note on my result, Baixaki is the first organic result. Now to prove the point, I am giving you a second screen shot of the same search where I then put a comma (,) and added the exact domain name: programa-ingles.net. Given I am also adding the domain, surely it will beat Baixaki... but it doesn't because even with the domain, Baixaki is too strong and likely clicked on a ton. Baixaki is second and programa-ingles.net is fifth.

One way you can try to achieve this result is to use an incognito browser (Chrome) and you will likely get the result I am. Another is to add &pws=0 to the query string.

I would suggest using a tool like ahrefs.com. Once you run the site once, it will begin to show lost links. While that does not help you with the past, it will going forward.

There is a truly great business book "Blue Ocean Strategy," that many who make their living on the Internet should read, and I know some of you have. The Internet provides the greatest ease of entry into a "Blue Ocean" versus any other "marketplace." At the same time the big box retailers and aggregators use the Internet too. If you have a $100K budget you don't stand a lot of chance if you are going to operate in the same arena as Amazon, Lowe's, Sears, etc. You have to be different and most do not understand that different does not mean that you believe your product/service is better or your staff nicer. It means different. It means fishing in waters where no one else has a boat. For hoses, think about the first collapsible hose that was sold; I would have loved to been the marketing agent for that product.
