Keyword stuffing your homepage isn't the best decision. I'd keep my homepage something like:
Company Ltd.: Web development solutions (anyway, something that best describes your entire site, company)
The landing page(s) could have a title like:
****Company Ltd.: Web design services
or
Web design services | Company Ltd.

I'll start with the rule of thumb: The highest quality link is the one that flows in naturally (The one you don't pay for it, give something in return, etc.)
This morning I smiled a bit, while reading a post written by Jim Boykin back in 2005. This phrase was the reason:
"And in Matt’s perfect world of the web, no one would need SEO’s as everyone would just create great content, and people would link naturally, and Google would sort it all out with the best results on top……yea right."
Now, there are several factors you should consider when judging the quality of a backlink. I'll name a few:
It might be a good idea to get a link from your friend, sounds like a good plan. He could write an article about you, mention your website in a post he'll write, cite some awesome information you wrote, etc.
Avoid sitewide, footer, blogroll links.
Using Open Site Explorer, it looks like the keywords "Car Insurance" and "Compare Car Insurance" were heavily used as anchor texts.
You might want to get a more versatile backlink profile (I'd do that).
Analyzing your backlinks revealed that many of then come from press releases. You can also try to mix things better.

If the redirect was properly done, you should wait 2-4 months to see the effects. Any algorithm, no matter who's is, needs to gather the new data, take into consideration the 301 redirects, and update the scores. This is not done, based on my knowledge, in 1 week.
So, ensure that both the www and non-www version redirects properly, verify both sites in Google's Webmaster Tools and setup the redirection there, too, talk with those you can reach and ask them to update the hyperlinks and... wait.

The opinions about the usage of internal nofollow links are mixed, but since Google changed how they treat nofollowed links using nofollow for internal links is not such a good idea.
Basically you are loosing link juice.
Now, what you can do, is to have (if possible) targeted links in the footer (if you are using WP you can accomplish that by using conditional tags).
The idea is to let PR flow naturally. This is the conclusion of my readings.

Maybe it is beneficial to do a PR once a year or so, when you really have some news about your company, but only to your reputation/branding.
Links From Press Releases Won't Help - (Search Engine Roundtable, an article by Barry Schwartz).
If you distribute the same PR to 1 or 20 PR sites, it has the same effect. I mean it won't affect you in any way, Google will show up eventually 1 result out of 20 and 19 will be supplemental (Google handled the last PR I released like that).

However, "Server returned HTTP Error 404: Not Found" when accessing you feeds.
A. To fix the problem, you'd have to make some blog posts or try this plugin or its variant:

I suppose you created only pages.
B. Or, if you don't want to have feeds at all, you can remove those links from header.php file of your theme.
Another easy way, is to install Yoast WP SEO plugin (yoast.com/wordpress/seo/) and at the Titles and Metas section:
Clean up the head check the Hide RSS Links option.

it seems that you link multiple times to your homepage using a wrong syntax.
You need to add "http://" in front of "www"

No, Google don't treat very similar keywords the same.
Put it this way: manchester magician is 3 letter shorter than magician in manchester, and we all know that the search volume dilutes as keywords get longer. So it's up to you... why don't you go for both keywords on different pages?

In OSE you can check out how root domains are linking to that competitor. 25k links, without using some sitewide ads (banners, text links - which should be nofollowed) are not that easy to get.
When you see someone having 50k links from 50 domains, that means that he gets like 1k links from each of those root domains, which is not that good.
As I can tell by analyzing your attachment, they have 25602 links originating from only (!!!) 30 root domains. That is approximately 850 links from a domain.
However, if you take a look at that green circle which is representing the ratio between the dofollow/nofollow links, you can see that 60ish% of their links are nofollowed.
In OSE you can group all their links by domain, you should have like 30 results so you'll know who's linking to them.

it really depends about the user. Some might like seeing the capitalized thingy while others might see it as spammy/untrustworthy to click on (me included).
Secondly, also matters what's in that title, which is the transmitted message.
For example, there is a huge difference between:
Fish oils may raise prostate cancer risks, study confirms
and
The Best Prostate Cancer Treatment, Click Here and BUY NOW!!!
This whole thing whit "the best" "leading company", "Buy Now" etc in my opinion is so 2000-ish and looks spammy as hell. I mean, who certifies that a company or other is "leading"? We can say about Google that is a leading company in it's niche, but not about some obscure plumber company nobody heard of.
In a nutshell, I'd use the first title variation because my bet are educated people who can think for themselves not the ones that click anywhere if I tell them so.

If it was recently (1-2 weeks) created and if you used robots.txt to block search engines (when I create a website, I use to block search engines from robots.txt, until everything is working fine and only afterwards I modify the permissions) than it's normal.
Verify the website in Google's Webmaster Tools and go to the robots.txt section. You should see if that is the reason.
I see your robots.txt file is fine, you have no NOINDEX meta tag or so.
To "stimulate" the indexation process you could make some use of social media. Share a post and wait 1-2 days. Or, some relevant direct link to one of the posts.

It is easy.
Let's say that someone adds a link to your website to their blogroll. That link will be visible on all pages of that website.
Or, maybe they sponsored a theme, and they have a footer link, which, again, is on all pages.
But remember, those links are not natural links and these practices can trigger a Google penalty.
When someone naturally link to you, they mention you in an article, list you as a resource but is not likely to link to you from hundreds of pages.
Nofollow links do not pass link juice. I don't know how they got them, maybe they bought a link, paid for text link advertising, banner ads or so.
I found your bug. You use on those pages a little star, that red one, which is linking to those broken URLs.
You need to edit those pages, like"contacto" and "equipo", and click on that small image, remove the link from it's properties, (click on None) and Update.
Take a look at your source code, see that a href?

The domain was new, right? I mean it wasn't dropped/expired etc.
Try to get a dofollow link from a relevant website that has some traffic (Google tends to index very fast such websites and outgoing resources).
Also, make sure you have a sitemap and try including a line in robots.txt:
Sitemap: http://www.wikiboedel.nl/sitemap.xml
Submit the sitemap in Google's Webmaster Tools.
If you do all these, it is impossible bot to get indexed in a few days.
Anyway, fingers crossed.

NO, don't use invisible links, under no circumstances. There are certain mistakes people do, being driven by good intentions.
Invisible links are subject to Google Webmaster Guidelines violation.

Letting Google to follow the archive pages, helps it to determine the website's hierarchy.
Google can handle duplicate content of a website.
Excluding tag or category archives from Google's index, may lead to loosing some visitors. Here is a nice wrap up regarding this issue.
If you use Yoast's SEO plugin, you can let Google index only the main page of the archive pages and noindex the rest of them (page1, page 2 etc.)
I would place a noindex meta tag for date archives, though.

when you do a 301 redirect, from domain A to domain B, you tell search engines Domain A moved permanently to domain B and in a few weeks or months search engines will remove from their index all pages of domain A.
Ideally, the pages of domain A should be found on domain B.
If I were you, I'd 301 redirect the old domain to the new one.
Make sure the old domain it's not an expired one (all backlinks value is lost).

P.S. I'm not a SEO expert so you'd want to read other opinions, too.
You should contact the webmasters of those websites where you have spammy links and ask them to remove them.
If that fails, you can create a list of domains and use the disavowl tool.
