301 Redirection
It's a one off campaign so I won't be spending time ranking for that domain. Or at least not for now.

Reports Issues
Hey Oscar! It seems this item slipped through the cracks of Q&A so my help may not be entirely useful now, however were you able to get this sorted. It looks like your campaigns and reports are running correctly again but if this is not the case just let me know and I'd be happy to assist further.

Ad Rank and Performance for PLA
Google no longer shows ad rank/position. Google Shopping and PLAs have changed so much in the last year, and ads show in so many different places that rank/position no longer makes sense. Just go through the shopping process and note how many times you see an ad, then you'll realize how that metric matters less, or could be in different places throughout the process. You'll have to rely on other metrics in AdWords to decipher how your ads are doing. Dig into the Columns and decide what matters to you most. Obviously Revenue and Cost-Per are the most valuable, but it's up to you/your client to decide other KPIs. It's not the answer we want, but it's what we need to live with for now

GWT Images Indexing
None of those changes have been done, and unfortunately I can't find out why the previous guy has put the disallow on those files. I will give a couple of weeks time and see if anything changes, if not I will remove it from the robots! Thanks for your help! Oscar

Sitemap Issue - vol 2
Looks fine to me. Ran it through several xml sitemap validators and they all came back as valid. Only change that would make sense to make it to update the urlset line to: <urlset xmlns:xsi="<a class="attribute-value">http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance</a>" xmlns:image="<a class="attribute-value">http://www.google.com/schemas/sitemap-image/1.1</a>" xsi:schemaLocation="<a class="attribute-value">http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9 http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9/sitemap.xsd</a>" xmlns="<a class="attribute-value">http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9</a>"> (Taken from Yoast)

Integrate a blog within an existing site
The website, an e-commerce site, uses a custom built CMS with no blog modules so I have to create it and I thought would be easier to implement a wordpress blog. @Chris thanks for sharing those posts, I will look into it. Also I will have to talk to the developer of the site and see also if wordpress could actually fit the CMS.

GWT and html improvements
Thank you guys for your answers, I will look into it, and try to solve the problems. I think many pages are self canonicalized, but I see that many URL's haven't been redirect to the new ones so I will start fixing the redirects. In the top pages report though shows just the new URL's. Anyway, I will keep you update on this as I am not too sure how to tackle this. Thanks a lot. Cheers

Duplicate Content
If you just scription's are showing up as duplicates that could be the issue. However you're telling me that your Mejia data descriptions are showing up as duplicates? Or are your product descriptions showing up this duplicates? If so both are not good. Run it through moz and use the campaign tool while you're waiting for that to happen use Screaming frog spider seo you know and Google Seer Then screaming frog spider guide This will tell you for free up to 500 pages and give you the ability to target those links that you are trying to decide if their duplicate or not it will give you the answers are seeking however you can also use copy scape and it has a new beta cool that looks inside your own website

Website Down
Martijn is correct. Most likely (if nothing changed) a server issue. If it's just a few hours, most likely a server outage. If that wasn't it, your hosting company took you down for some reason. If it wasn't server related, it could be a dns issue or an incorrect .htaccess file, or possibly an internal issue from your location (firewall prevented you from viewing the site). Webmaster tools do not catch everything and if it was just a few hours, probably didn't (unless you get indexed frequently).

Rel="canonical"
It sounds like the /2001/ portion of the URL to select an option, but the remainder of the page is identical. Is that correct? In that instance, you're correct that the canonical link should be www.example.com/ProductGroup/example/ How you do that is more of a technical problem, and would depend on the software your site is powered by.
