In general, you should either have the tag OR categories OR archives page indexed, the others noindexed. Having all 3 creates duplicate content issues (usually they have the same post content snippets in different order/page #s).
If you choose not to noindex them, you should mod_rewrite those URLs to looks like.com sacma.com/blog/tag/inbound-marketing/. And the /blog/ page should have a canonical set to itself to avoid dupe content.
If you are willing to pay, go with vBulletin.
phpBB would be the best free alternative (there are plenty of mods/plugins that can make the site very SEO friendly)
Hmm, you should either set a canonical url to the main site or noindex the other pages.
Since your main site already has all the information, the other subdomains won't rank for any terms anyways and you may be hit with duplicate content problems. Setting a canonical link will prevent the subdomains from ranking and any links built to that page will help your main site rank better. On the downside, the subdomains wont rank.
Use the "Keyword Density" feature of SearchStatus addon -- does what you want. Right click, enter the keyword you want to look up and it gets the # of instances in title, body, h tags, metas, links.
If you want a more advanced semantic tool, check out KGen. Analyzes all the text on a page and give weighted keyword strengths (a keyword in H1 would get more value than in regular text)
Ah, misunderstood you. I don't think what you are trying to do is possible but you should ask someone who works for SEOMoz to confirm.
Well the subdomain should have its own folder where you can create you own robots.txt file for. That would only block the subdomain from being crawled.

Recap: underscores combine the two words (apple_pie.htm = applepie) and dashes indicate a separator (apple-pie.htm = apple pie). So stick to dashes but it really doesn't affect seo.
No, stay as on topic as possible - just focus on getting higher quality links. If I understand you correctly, you already have 3k links and still want to improve you ranking. This tells me that you probably have a lot of low-med quality links and you should now focus your attention on getting high authority links.
News sites, authority health blogs, I would participate in health related forums instead of a random edu one, write an educational resource that cites other authoritative websites, contact webmasters in related niches and get backlinks from them, etc. Focus on quality over quantity.
Edit: Yeah, what Keri said. You need great content to get those high authority links you need to get your rankings to the next level. Especially in the uber competitive acne niche.
Shouldn't hurt, just wont be as effective as a link from a relevant topic.
Just throw your link into your signature and participate in the community. Just posting a thread with the url will probably get you banned from the forum.
Lets put it this way, if you post an unrelated link into a forum and it isn't removed, that is not a link you want.
Un-moderated forums are filled with spam, high pagerank ones even more so. You risk that link hurting your website's rankings.
Considering they offer that service themselves, it would be hypocritical of them to penalize you for doing it. The hreflang tag would also protect you from having those pages marked as spam since you are telling G "Page a the exact same as page å, just in a different language" - avoiding "duplicate" content

If you already have high quality links, you should remove bad links. If you don't have high quality links, get those first and then focus on removing links if your rankings don't improve.
If you don't have high quality links and you remove all low quality links, your website probably won't rank anyways which is why you should focus on "burying" links.

Best way to find broken links it to run a spider and find 4xx and 5xx header responses. I recommend Screaming Frog SEO Spider tool.

Clear your W3 Total Cache. Your robots.txt looks fine but my spider is picking the sitemap up as "noindex, follow" as well.
