Hi, Kery have right. I think is better if you don't update the existent links. I think is better if you build slowly slowly new ones, I don't know what can happen if you update them. From moment that you are happy keep them, and start a new link building campaign. But don't outsource in any freelance site. Anyway waiting To see the opinion of the Kery"s assossiate. Look, I will put everything in Line.

1. Anchor text is the word trophies coming from other sites. (the external) but is valuable also the internal. But much more the external.Here is a seomoz post about it http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/anchor-text

The best to way to use it is inside a contextual editorial link. Example you submit a guest post, a press release etc. After my suggestion is to backlink also this pages from the other sites. This will increase the authority of your link , and maybe with 100 this kind of links you outrank him. You have to check what "recipe" of backlinks he have and then build a better one.

2)Here in http://www.opensiteexplorer.org/ is various tablets/buttons. When you put your site in and you scan it ,or any other site is one button which writes anchor text. There you can see how many links have your site, on which pages, how strong are the links etc. Dedicate some time to learn how to use this tool effective and you will love it. I a 5 minute check, I found out, that your site is just fine, but, the keyword is highly competitive and you just have 4 anchor text who contain that keyword in. I dont think so that you can rank with 4 anchor text for that keyword.

This site www.trophystore.co.uk/ which is ranking 1 (at least how I see it) have 965 anchor text "trophies"

I tried the service on a test site. The links dont even get indexed. I didn't see any difference on the site. Not up not down. More likely you will loose 5 dollars. But I dont suggest you to try it on your site.

I am pro member for few months here in the community. You have all googles in the rank tracking tool and the keyword analysis tool. Except from one. You dont have the google.com.cy and I was wondering if is problem to add it. If no its ok I track my results on the google.gr and google.com. But I would love if you could add it. I was checking a site and I found lots of directory listings. 70% of the directories are punished in the list which I created (pagerank 0). Except from the directories which are listed here in seomoz, how much % of the others outside are punished?

Also I noticed that this punished directories with pagerank 0 have most of them authority 30-40 according to the seomoz tool bar.

I should bother to put a link or not?

Why  I see this difference?

Even if its little hard the answer I have to agree with Egol. (few times he did it also to me) but not always the truth is soft. I think you should start to look what you did wrong, and maybe study more in the seomoz resources to find out how to build a fantastic site. By the way, in case you are buying the links,social shares Google knows it. I saw a special offer few days ago (somebody send me in my twitter inbox) where you could buy plus,tweets etc. I dont know how they do it but for shure Google know it that they are fake. So check where is your mistake and correct it...Im shure that you will recover if you do it right. Thanks

Thanks for your advice but here I have lots of content for free and very week keywords. Plus the fact that I dont have competition. Another thing what I like local is that the seoed sites dont need maintenance. If I go global I will have to pay writers because english is not my primary language and I will have huge competition. I Have already one lead generation site and one affiliate which are working local. The lead site is working very well (each lead is 150 dollars and bring in 1 every 1-2 days) plus I discover now another local niche for leads which can bring in 1500 dollars per lead. As for the affiliate site is very low the conversion (1 per month, if I am lucky) but is not well marketed. So I was thinking where to spend my time...I have also few adsense in english but brings very few coins...Here I can create many kind of lead generation sites because I know many people who dont know what is seo and this stuff and they dont like to pay for them...so they prefer to pay on leads....

I was wondering what to choose. I can rank my sites in Greek language in the Google.gr and Google.com.cy easy. The problem is that is not many searches for most of the niches and people convert harder in this 2 countries. I should try to create more sites in more niches or to try to get one good niche global?

What do you think? What I shoul choose?

Any advice will be very useful.

I would suggest that you check in b2b portals like Alibaba. Email marketing, adsense and seo. Plus you could try to get few affiliates and pay them a commission if they make any sale. You could go in various embassies of different countries based in your country and ask them for contact details of people who might be interested in buying this kind of products.I hope that this helps.

I just discover a competitor which is dominating the first page of google with 4 websites.

I analyse them and all was backed up on a private domain network, with subdomains , maybe a 100 subdomains of the main domain. He have on all 4 domains 3500 links about, with same anchor text and 40 -50 with different. all are exact match domain. So I just reported him and this one  who is selling him the links. How much time need google to take action and how long need to get punished this 4 websites? Plus what will happen to them?

I reported them yesterday., how much time Google need to punish him , if does...
