If this were the first ask, or if this wasn't such an expected solution, then I wouldn't be pressuring here. Not being able to control the dates though is a serious oversight. From what you're telling me, reaching out to help@moz.com isn't going to help either.
So, once again, I'm left with a problem and no solution. Not happy.
Note, I realize you can't do anything first hand here. But passing this along should get more reaction that it is.

Another week has gone by with no answer from Moz again. Someone please answer this.
I have added it. I've mentioned it, asked for it, talked to your staff on the phone about it, and had multiple agree with me on your message boards about it, yet absolutely nothing has been done.
I'm more that a little annoyed about how simple and basic of a request this is, yet how unresponsive your staff has been. I'm not going to add this to your feature request again. I just want it done so I don't have to waste time each month on doing work arounds for something so basic.
You've got to know, as everyone here I'm sure can imaging, that many agencies have date specific needs, mostly at the beginning of each month, or maybe the beginning of each week.
I have auto campaigns that happen on the 8th or 9th of the month, by which point, my clients are demanding a monthly report.... and rightfully so.
One answer I got from a rep quite a while back was that because Moz's tool ran itself at increments set by the system, it couldn't allow for custom dates. This makes sense why and does explain maybe why you can't for a specific day in the week. But, how about my above scenario about a campaign that runs on the 8th. Why can't it simply be set to one week earlier to the 1st?
Your reps say that it's because it would generate an incomplete month. Yes, I get that it would... for one and only one month. Then, everything would be kosher.
Bottom line.. I'm getting sick of asking for this and getting the run around. I want this resolved.

I've asked this question before, but Moz staff marked this as answered even though it wasn't (which is another issue I've been having with Moz). http://moz.com/community/q/why-can-t-the-dates-be-changed-in-automatic-reports
The point of this is that Moz reports are not date selectable. So, if you choose weekly reports you can not select what day of the week you get them. Similarly, if you select monthly, you can not select what date of the month you want. This simply does not work for any organization that has date driven deadlines and reporting needs, which I would argue is just about every one of us.
Moz, this has been an issue that has been brought up before, including by me. It's about time you actually did something about it. To say it's annoying to not have this is an understatement.
PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

I totally agree with that. I've been with Moz for a little over a year I think and I've seen a couple minor things gets added, but no real fixes to the problems I've had. Literally, all of my major problems I've been asking them about have all been unanswered, or at least unresolved.

MOZ... PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS!!
It's critical for the way tons of us work, yet you're ignoring the issue, or at least not being open about what you're doing to solve this.
We're scaling fast, and my workarounds for not having this are quickly becoming a problem.
Please give us the choice of when to run reports just like every other dashboard in the world. Thanks.

By the way, and I've asked for this too... someone marked this comment as "answered", which to me it never has been. I've also asked that this be changed in your system. I get that your administrators may feel the need occasionally to mark a response as answered, especially if the customer hasn't responded in some time. However, the way it's currently setup, it allows you to mark this even though I don't think it is (because it's not really).
So, you NEED to let us, YOUR CUSTOMERS, control when we think our issues are resolved, not when you think our issues are resolved. This is a huge difference and one that any company that cares about it's customers should instantly understand, yet nothing has been done about this. Confusing really.

It's been a while on this. Any updates? I still can't configure these emails to be scheduled to automatically go directly to my clients because they contain your branding, even though the plan states "branded reports". In your defense, it still doesn't say branded emails, but when one see you can auto schedule reports and the those reports are white labeled, it's implied that the email itself would not be labeled as Moz.
I really want a fix for this. It's silly how long this has been like this with no fix. Please advise. Thanks.

I don't know if I ever read that implicitly. However, one would infer based on literature that says there is white label reporting that the delivery of said reports would also be so.
If not, you should at be be VERY CLEAR and upfront that it does not. As it stands, I just sent several automated report emails thinking they were white labeled but weren't. There was no warning, no copy on your features, absolutely nothing to indicate that it's NOT white labeled.
Don't call something white labeled if it's only halfway so.

jfillman, if you read my reply, I CAN white label the actually reports, which means that I am above the $99 plan. What I'm talking about is Moz's lack of white label email feature.
Erin, this isn't a question about wether or not me account or campaigns have issues. This is a question of why your automated report emails themselves are not white labeled. Yes, the PDF report is white labeled, but the email shows Moz.
Not to be rude, both it really seems like neither one of you actually read my reply.

I'm at a loss here as I've just discovered (after running my new account for about a month) that the white label of reporting is incomplete and you didn't even warn me.
I just saw an email delivered from the custom report section. I went through and set it up including custom logo so everything would be white labeled and even checked everywhere else in the preview to ensure that nothing about Moz showed up.
This I was greeted this morning with a bunch of reports for multiple campaigns going to multiple clients and in all cases the email was branded as Moz. It's from a Moz email, has a Moz header and footer, and even has links for managing moz email preferences as well as Moz's privacy policy.
I'd love to know who thought this was white label? Seriously, this is absurdly ridiculous. Is there a fix?

I just want to know why the dashboard info isn't showing up. Everything is okay inside the accounts.
We should have the ability to see any and all conversions goals, as defined in analytics, in Moz.
After all, the whole point of marketing, SEO, PPC, Social, etc. is to drive sales or leads that create sales right? So, why should we have a dashboard tool that doesn't show us the 1 thing that ultimately matters the most?
I understand that Moz simply wasn't designed to do this, but I think that should change. After all, we are in this to make money I hope.

Honestly, at this point, I'm just glad someone from Moz has acknowledged this issue as an issue. That said, I would like to discuss things further with you though I don't use Skype. Phone works best for me. Couple additional notes based on your response.
Random Page Grades
I realize this may be how you intended, but this is the wrong place for this. I need, and I'm sure I'm not alone in this, a page grade tools that reports on the pages and keyword combos I want and only what I want. Again, it wouldn't be that bad if this could be overridden, but it can't. They just show up the next week making this a pointless tool... that is unless you're only concerned with "interesting data". Not only is it overwhelming to see multiple keywords per page yet only one of them gets a good grade, it's fundamentally just wrong. Every other page grade tools either grade a single page for one keyword, or grades a single page for a set of keywords. Your tool grade the same page over and over again for every keyword it see ranked in a search engine, which for most of my sites, is a lot! All this does is show me that "I'm failing at on page" to my clients if I were to show this to them. This forces me to created my own reports (which take entirely too much time) to prove to them I am doing what I promised.
Delete and ‘Add and Manage’
Yes, your tools does need a lot of work. The part that really annoys me is that I left Moz months ago and expressed my concerns with this tool to Aaron (don't remember last name). He contacted me a few months after that telling me that this tool had some major done on it. then I sign back up and realize that is does basically the same thing. Very disappointing indeed.
Timeline for turn fixing
I also understand that your company should only focus on a few things at once. I get this. However, it just really bothers me that this tool doesn't do and can't really accomplish what it advertises that it does. One could argue that it does, but as soon as I showed this counter argument, I'm sure most would side with me on this one.
This hasn't been the only issue of false advertisement I've seen with you guys either. There have been a number of things that I've brought up, most of which were just removed from your front end web copy after I mentioned them. I just want the tools to do what it's supposed to do.
As to the overhaul, you're right, it needs one. When doing it, keep in mind that WE should have control over what is scanned and the keyword associations for those pages. Just like a "remembered" version of the manual one. That's all it needs to do. Honestly, you could make it even cooler by adding a checkbox on the manual one to "add to on page grader". Additionally, you could consider leaving the auto scanning that it does now. However, there needs to be a way to defeat it. This has to happen!! I simple "on/off" would be just fine. Or, you could do the add/manage page grades in which one could delete a page grade, but unlike what it does now, it needs to stay removed! If I wanted to see it regraded for the same keyword/landing page combo, I'd just wait until next week when the next scan was complete. Basically, the current delete button here is one of the most pointless things I've ever seen.

Hey David. Thanks for that, but I am aware of this. I'm mainly looking for better reporting just to help the labor side of reporting to clients.
The auto campaigns don't have any additional options that what I've already discussed, at least not for on page SEO reporting.
Yes, the auto reports are nice, but they don't add more data than is already available in the system. What I'm talking about it adding a more granular level of reporting to this module.
Yes, you're right that I can use the single URL report tool and gain a lot of insight into that specific URL. I don't feel like doing that one at a time for clients that have sites over 100 pages. That's what tools are for.

Hey. I'm trying to get a PDF of the on page report so I can see a list of each issue. This works well if you're logged in and just navigate through the different tabs, but not so well if you export. All I get is an overview of the number of the priority issues, but not the URLs and the specific problems.
I know you can export a CVS, but that's not a very good branded way to export this.
What I'd like to do is export a report that is fairly gainular so I can provide "before and after" reports for work we completed. As is stands now, I have an overview PDF which sucks and can't provide any more details or a CVS which has all the details in the world, but is so in depth it's hard to navigate, especially for clients who don't know what they're looking at, not to mention it's not branded!!!
There should be way more options for reporting here. Please let me know if you can do something about this or if I'm just missing something. Thanks.
