      I've asked this question before, but Moz staff marked this as answered even though it wasn't (which is another issue I've been having with Moz). http://moz.com/community/q/why-can-t-the-dates-be-changed-in-automatic-reports

      The point of this is that Moz reports are not date selectable. So, if you choose weekly reports you can not select what day of the week you get them. Similarly, if you select monthly, you can not select what date of the month you want. This simply does not work for any organization that has date driven deadlines and reporting needs, which I would argue is just about every one of us.

      Moz, this has been an issue that has been brought up before, including by me. It's about time you actually did something about it. To say it's annoying to not have this is an understatement.

      PLEASE FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY.

          I have added it. I've mentioned it, asked for it, talked to your staff on the phone about it, and had multiple agree with me on your message boards about it, yet absolutely nothing has been done.

          I'm more that a little annoyed about how simple and basic of a request this is, yet how unresponsive your staff has been. I'm not going to add this to your feature request again. I just want it done so I don't have to waste time each month on doing work arounds for something so basic.

          You've got to know, as everyone here I'm sure can imaging, that many agencies have date specific needs, mostly at the beginning of each month, or maybe the beginning of each week.

          I have auto campaigns that happen on the 8th or 9th of the month, by which point, my clients are demanding a monthly report.... and rightfully so.

          One answer I got from a rep quite a while back was that because Moz's tool ran itself at increments set by the system, it couldn't allow for custom dates. This makes sense why and does explain maybe why you can't for a specific day in the week. But, how about my above scenario about a campaign that runs on the 8th. Why can't it simply be set to one week earlier to the 1st?

          Your reps say that it's because it would generate an incomplete month. Yes, I get that it would... for one and only one month. Then, everything would be kosher.

          Bottom line.. I'm getting sick of asking for this and getting the run around. I want this resolved.

              I do apologize for the delayed response on this Q&A as the best way to reach us would be directly via help@moz.com. This is something our product team is considering and working on the best solution. However at this time there is no ETA for control on reports or choosing a specific date.

              This is quite a large feature to be built out which will support thousands and thousands of campaigns so it is not a simple build. I do understand the frustration and while I'd be happy to pass along these feedback that is all I am capable of.

                If this were the first ask, or if this wasn't such an expected solution, then I wouldn't be pressuring here. Not being able to control the dates though is a serious oversight. From what you're telling me, reaching out to help@moz.com isn't going to help either.

                So, once again, I'm left with a problem and no solution. Not happy.

                Note, I realize you can't do anything first hand here. But passing this along should get more reaction that it is.
