According to our crawl error guide, a 902 means "The crawler resolved an IP address from the host name but failed to connect at port 80 for that address. This error may occur when a site blocks Moz's IP address ranges."

Hi there! We do take canonicals into account. Our tool has a 90% tolerance for duplicate content, which means it will flag any content that has 90% of the same code between pages. This includes all the source code on the page and not just the viewable text. If you're seeing duplicate content flagged, it's likely due to issues with how the canonical tags are set up.

Hi there! Difficulty score is solely based on the DA and PA for the top ranking sites for a particular keyword. The only occasion we would take your site's Domain Authority or Page Authority into account is if you yourself were ranking in one of those top spots. So, the Difficulty score would be the same for everyone who searched at that particular time.

Sorry for any confusion about where you monthly data might be! We provide monthly report data if your campaign has been active at least 21 days of the previous month. Once a month ends, it generally takes 3-4 days to process that monthly rollup data and make it available within the campaign.  After it arrives, we'll generate the monthly report and send it out!

Hey there! While our keyword corpus for Keyword Explorer is large, it does not cover all keywords. If you see "no data" reported for a keyword's volume, it means we do not yet have volume information available. The good news is that your Keyword Difficulty score is unaffected by volume data, as it relies on SERP rankings, so you can definitely still find useful data! We are continually adding keyword volumes to our database, so we may have data for these keywords in the future. I hope that helps clarify things.

• The page must be fully accessible to all potential visitors, so any restrictions based on age, location, etc. must be disabled. This can be easily checked by attempting to view the Facebook page in a Chrome incognito browser while not logged into a Facebook account; if you can view the page normally in these conditions, the accessibility should be in good shape!

Hi there! Google Analytics would provide site traffic data, but to import listing data you would need to use Google My Business. If a Google My Business page is your verified source for your listing information, you would update that page to edit your NAP data. Moz Local should detect the change and update your listing dashboard within a week! For non-NAP updates, you can use the pencil-shaped 'Edit' button to the right of your listing.

Sorry for the trouble with MozBar! As a first step, you'll want to clear your browser's cache and cookies. After it's all cleared out, try restarting the browser again and then logging in. You should also make sure that third-party cookies are activated in your browser. After you enable all cookies, including third-party, and save the settings, restart your browser and log back into moz.com. After that, open up the MozBar and make sure you are logged in.

Ultimately how you set up any Moz Pro campaigns is up to you, but we do have many customers who find success with the strategy you're asking about (that is, setting up a separate campaign for each location subfolder within your site). That can be beneficial in narrowing down your data set. It can also be helpful if you have a particularly large site and are concerned about crawl times (anything above 15k pages is going to take a bit extra processing time). If you have enough campaigns, you could also set up one master campaign for the overall site in addition to individual ones for each location.

Moz Local actually automatically pushes out your listing information to our directory partners on a continual basis! That means if you make any changes to your listing, the tool takes care of all resubmissions on your behalf.

In a case like this we recommend purchasing a listing for the new company (xy) overall. We have tools that allow you to enter alternate names/addresses/phone numbers for the old listings that will help us identify, update, and/or remove them. If you already have an existing Moz Local listing for company x or company y, you can shutter those listings, but we do not recommend buying new Moz Local listings for outdated company information. You only need one account to manage this new listing!

Also, please be aware that we expect updates through Moz Local to generally take 8-12 weeks, so if you're looking for immediate effects by purchasing the new listing right before the company merges, there may be some lag time before the listings are updated.
