I am not aware of any tools that would be able to automatically create H1 or meta titles/descriptions.  Why would you want to though?  You spent the time to create good content (or paid someone to), why wouldn't you take the time to optimize your page?  In the scheme of things, that is easy and shouldn't take you a fraction the time it took for you to create the content itself.

BTW, your consept of content automation and Google's idea of content automation is different.  Google views content automation as the process of automatically populating pages with content from RSS feeds or scraping sites.  If you want to know how the Google Spam team views this, check out Matt Cutt's video on the subject.  Here is a hint.  NO NO NO NO

I know that it gets aggravating when you're doing the right thing and your competitors are cheating with seemingly no repercussions, but trust me when I say that they will get swept up eventually.  Here is a list of unnatural link building tactics.

If you want to be proactive there is a Spam Report Form that submits websites to the Google Web Spam Team.  I can't say how well your Karma will do afterwords, but go for it if you want.

There are so many factors that go into play when figuring out how much a certain link will benefit your SEO.  I wouldn't look to quantify it if I was you.  Just be happy that your friend shared some link love.  Maybe you should buy him a Coke!

There are several things that you can do to get Google to crawl your site (or your new content) quicker and more often.  You should be doing all of these, but in case you're not, here is the list.

1. Create a Sitemap and submit it through Web Master Tools

2. Install Google Analytics

3. Create social accounts/update your social accounts

4. Fetch as Google Webmaster tools

5. Update your content more often (to get Google to crawl your site more frequently).

6. Adjust the crawl speed on Google Webmaster tools.

7. Check crawl errors on Google Webmaster tools.  Are there sever side errors (500)?

That’s correct. If you don’t have a manual webspam action, then doing a reconsideration request won’t have any effect.

I think that it all depends on how bad the content is.  If you have content that is complete and total crap (10+ instances of the same keyword, reads like a toddler wrote it, etc.), it is better just to kill it and redirect your pages elsewhere.  On the other hand, if the content is salvageable, then take the time to re-write it and make it good.  The benefit of this is that at the end of the day you have good content instead of a bunch of links re-directed to pages that don't necessarily have anything to do with the old content.

You are running into the same issue every SEO and content marketing consultant has run into.  We keep telling the people who are paying us that they need to generate content and they nod their heads vigorously, but when it is time to generate (or pay to generate) that content, all we hear are crickets.  One of the biggest issues I ran into as a consultant was getting people to do literally anything.  That is honestly a huge reason why I moved into an inhouse roll.  I just got tired of waiting for content.

The only thing you can do is to hope that they are willing to outsource their content creation.  Push comes to shove, you can always fire them.  Many people don't realize that when you are constantly waiting for stuff from clients, you are wasting your time (and money.)  You might as well just drop them as clients and find someone more willing to do what is required to succeed.

If everything you do is white hat and you have good original content, I wouldn't worry about it YET.  Google is constantly messing around and testing.  Wait a day or two and see if the problem resolves itself.  I had a highly profitable keyword plummet from 1 to 50 in a day and the next day it was back to 1.  These things happen.

I personally think that your social sharing application is plenty.  I think that asking people for links comes off a bit desperate.  If they like it and they want to, they will link to you.  In short...cheesy.

The best place to find great agencies is Moz's recommended list.  If they are on it, they know their stuff.

Would it help your client? Probably not, but I think you might have a cool idea!

I have always been a big fan of creating community pages.  If you can create a site for any group of people in which they can come to rely on you and your content, as well as feel like they can contribute, than it is a win/win for everyone.  Make it more than just guest blogs though.  Think about how you can generate interest through White Papers, webinars presented by leaders in the industry, even a YouTube channel in which your members can discuss the latest trends in rodent destruction.  Think about it as if you are creating an SEOmoz for rodent eradicators.  I think that there is something there.  You can focus on helping them run their business more efficiently, marketing their business, etc.  You will also be able to monetize it relatively easily with the inclusion of banner ads and content generated by companies that target exterminators.

There are similar websites (see Pestworld.org), but I have not seen a community site yet.  Doesn’t mean it isn’t out there, I just did a cursory search.

I will preface this answer by saying that I love Moz...like seriously love it.  Like I am a total fan boy and spend entirely way too much time on it.  Like if I could take Moz out for a first date, I wouldn't even try to get fresh with it (now the second date on the other hand).  I      LOVE     MOZ!

That being said.  The On-Page report tool is pure garbage.  I don't even look at it.  Pages that rank in position 1 or 2 for certain keywords get D's and F's on the tool. Just remember that if you are ranking well for a certain keyword, don't sweat what the tool says.  Don't chase that A+.  Chase traffic and sale.  The recommendations are good, but use the tool as a reference.

I see that your site is dealing fine with 404 errors.  Hrmm.  Could you copy and paste the crawl error URLs you are getting from webmaster tools?  Thanks!

BTW I noticed that you have a duplicate content issue in that you haven't removed the www from your URL.  You should add the following code to your .htaccess file.

Wow, that is annoying! A simple solution would be to use a SEO page title module/widget (sorry, I'm not familiar with Joomla, but I'm sure they have one) and add page numbers.

Example: ... Reviews Page One, ... Reviews Page Two, etc.

I had an old site with this same problem on a photo gallery and it solved that issue.

I hope you take this as constructive instead of taking this personally, but your page is not doing anything well in regards to onsite or offsite SEO.

1. You are keyword stuffing like a crazy person.  You mention bail bonds 2 dozen times on your home page alone when I stopped counting.

What is the URL? There are several things that can cause this.

Adam has some great advice!  I would like to reiterate Adam's comment about diversifying your online marketing efforts.  Think past SEO.  With Google's affinity for smashing ads all over the top of the SERPs driving organic further and further down the page, online marketers need to think about alternatives.  Organic traffic is nice (FREE!) but sometimes you have to spend some green to make some money!

A couple additional recommendation:

1. I think that a cute social campaign would be a terrific way to increase traffic to your site and build engagement.    You have a fun product, leverage it!  If you can think of a way to get people to engage with your brand you'll see increased revenue. I love Youtube for this.  Here is an example of an unsexy brand crushed it.
