Looking for feedback on Scrapebox
Scrapebox is a great tool. You can use it to do white hat link building by using it in the research phase of link building. It allows you to find hundreds or thousands of potential websites using search engine commands, check if those sites are indexed in Google, and export into a .txt file or excel spreadsheet. Personally I love using it, because it saves me a ton of time by automating certain aspects of keyword research and outreach target research within specific niche's. If you're using it for just automated blog comments, then you're using a tiny fraction of that tool. Yes you can do blog comments in mass quantities if you want, but that's not the real benefit of a tool like that. Google "How to use scrapebox" and you'll find a ton of resources how to really use that tool, like Neil Patel's write up here - https://www.quicksprout.com/the-advanced-guide-to-link-building-chapter-8/ It's also a lifetime subscription where you'll always be able to get the most recent updates, so it's well worth the price.

Google + and SEO
Google+ is relevant in personalized search results. If I visit a website, like a website's Google+ page, +1 its content in Google+, or share stuff from that website while logged into a Google account, then I will be more likely to see stuff from that website again in the future when I am logged into that Google account. Furthermore, Google+ authorship markup can still be shown in personalized search for selected Google+ content.

Is a micro site the way to go?
You shouldn't have an issue with the TLD. Ensure that their Webmaster Tools is set to the UK, not Worldwide (Search Traffic > International Targeting > Country tab), NAP (name, address, phone number) are on every page (pref in the header) and get directories or links that are in the UK built to the site. You can use Majestic's topical trust flow to find sites that have Regional relevance to the UK if you're outreaching to sites, or scrape a competitors backlink profile. Feel free to Tweet me at @StelinSEO if you have any further issues Stel

In Google: site:competitorsite.com yoursite.com In screaming frog: set custom as your yoursite.com and crawl the competitor's site, then under the custom tab should be any links that refer to your site.

Google Adwords traffic shows a different level to Google Trends
I searched these terms and I'm not sure what they mean. Can you provide some clarification? In my results it shows that 880 LMS is associated to Mobius Learning Centers, which would likely have more search traffic than a part number for 2900 LMS. More information would be very useful here. Thanks!

I have just read an article that says no follows now leak link juice?
I agree with Mike, this is the article I was going to point you towards. So in summary: You can stop yourself from passing page rank to another site by adding a nofollow but you cannot save yourself from losing link juice by adding nofollow. This has been the case for several years already (If you go on what Google is saying).

Is Link Detox program safe to use?
Hi Gina Thank you for the extra information that you have provided, I have gone with Cemper for the moment as they have a free online trial. The link removal request tool sounds really handy as well. I'll pass that all onto my clients and let them make up their mind as to which one is right for them. Thank you for your help. Hi Alan Thank you for your feedback, yes you are right I can look at a website and see whether we would want to be linked to it or not. And yes its a good point that all of the links would need checking before doing anything with them. I was looking for the tool to help with clients who don't have any SEO experience and are wanting to keep costs down to help clear up bad links that are currently pointing at their websites that other company's have set up for them. I wanted to be able to give them confidence to be able to use tool's that were simple and effective to use that would help them make choices that were right for them. Thank you for your feedback about double checking the links I will add that into the mix with the advice from Tom, Kyle and Gina and pass it all on. Thank you for your help.
