Ouch Miranda, I'm sorry. I provided you with the links to the Dutch articles. I hoped Google was that smart changing it to your own language, these are hopefully the right links:

RE: Stars (Votes) in SERPS
Hi Miranda,
Absolutely, the stars/ votes are part of the different rich snippets from Google. They got a couple of different snippet styles, which could be found here and here. If you would like to have the stars/ votes yourself you'll have to provide Google with the data by using, for example: Schema.org or hReview.
Hopefully this answers your question.

RE: Google webmaster tools
Hi Atul,
I'll have to apologize for this answer, because I'm not quite sure what the answer is to the question. I haven't read a lot upon this recent release of Google because it probably wont affect the industry I operate in. For now I think you would only see results from Google+.
But I think it would be useful for more people if you add this as a separate question. -
RE: Google webmaster tools
Hi Atul,
Data from Google Webmaster Tools could be found in the new version of Google Analytics. You'll have to follow the following menu structure to get to the data: Traffic Sources > Search Engine Optimization > Queries. This data will be provided from Google Webmaster Tools.
It could take a couple of hours before you're data could show up.
Happy analyzing! -
RE: Why is our site dropping in Domain Authority
Hi Rasmus,
This is probably caused by the recent update of the Linkscape data yesterday which provides you with the Domain Authority(DA) and Page Authority (PA). Rand published a blogpost yesterday giving some details about the newest update here.
Rand also mentioned that this index is much smaller than the last couple of indexes. Thats probably also why your DA decreased a bit. They found less sites linking to you which could decrease the DA/ PA.
I wouldn't worry to much for now and keep optimizing your site like you did. A quote from Rand: "Our tentative plan is to have that index launched in the next 2 weeks". Which hopefully will provide you with some new data.
Hope this helps!

RE: Getting PA & DA off of a list of links
Hi Fergus,
While this option is probably available as an Excel plugin I made this tool which allows you to pull the Page Authority and Domain Authority for multiple links (10 in this case, but more is possible) via the SEOMoz API.
- To get started log in to your Google Account.
- Make a copy of this spreadsheet via: File > Make a Copy.
- You need to follow the steps mentioned in the document to get it working. I experienced 1 small problem with the signature because it was not encoded the right way. Use this tool, to encode the signature if needed.
- You'll have to enter the URLs (including: http://) in column A.
To make this clear, I'm not a great developer myself and learned to build functions like this in Google Docs by following the steps in this awesome blogpost of Tom Critchlow. So you're probably going to find some lacks in the functions I used.
Hope this helps you a step further, please let me know if you have any more questions or feedback on this tool!

RE: Hcard integration.
Hi,
For the technical part the best would be to read the information on the microformat hCard itself. Which could be found here. To speed up your process and implement it within your clients Web site you might also want to check out he hCard creator tool. Which outputs the microformat(s) for you in the right way.
Good luck!

RE: Set up of SEOMoz campaign for specific country within a global website
Hi Gerard,
Nope it isn't a sub domain, its a subfolder. A subdomain woud be: uk.mysite.com. By taking this as an example: https://img.skitch.com/20111205-8xw2hnpijjcmfsc39qjxyrab8c.jpg I think you're able to setup your SEOMoz Campaign.
Good luck!

RE: Is the Open Site Explorer Tool working right now?
Hi Lawrence,
Yes it is for me, I tried a couple of use cases. Logging in/out and working from another browser but it keeps working for me. You might want to refresh our restart your browser.
If you keep having problems I'd recommend to contact the Moz support via: support@seomoz.orgHope this helps!

RE: Is there a tool available to identify whether you already have a link for a specific blog/website?
Hi Big Zee,
You might want to give Buzzstream a shot. Their tool is working great in my opinion to keep track fo the links your team is building. You can add a site (via their "toolbar addon") and assign somebody to it who is responsible for the linkpartner. So before you would like to contact a specific Web site you can check within Buzzstream if the Web site could already be found within Buzzstream.
This will also tell you if the specific Web site is already linking to your Web site.
We are working for two years with their tool and with the growing size of our team it's very useful. We never contact a link which is in Buzzstream twice. I know Raventools also got something related to Buzzstream, so yo might want to check them out too.
Hope this helps!

RE: Google analytics sync with SEOMOZ
Hi Rob,
SEOMoz grabs the data from only 1 profile. So having only 1 account for all your data is absolutely no problem in your case. We had the same "problem" with having 4 different profiles on 1 account but SEOMoz is fully supporting this.
Hope this helps!

RE: Searching for a keyword on html source code of a website via Google
Hi,
Eventually the answer to your question is No. Google doesn't have an operator to search within the source of a document/ Web site. As far as I know, those and a couple of others are the only ones available within Google. I also checked Bing and Blekko. But they both also seem not to provide an operator like you would like to have.
Hope this helps!

RE: Does anyone have a copy of the 2011 Google Quality Raters Handbook that was recently leaked?
Hi Jorge,
If you could sent me you're emailaddress by PM then I'll make sure you'll receive the handbook. Because I received more questions about this, this would be the best option.

RE: Crawl frequency
Hi,
The frequency of crawling you're site should be weekly. But If you're sure about the fact your site isn't crawled for a couple of weeks I would suggest you get in touch with the SEOMoz staff via: help@seomoz.org. They're willing to help you really fast with your questions and could help you out!

RE: Date in the video search results
I'm not sure about this, if you will embed a YouTube video you would say they would be able to determine to the publication date because Google ownes the data. You could give it a try by testing.

RE: 404 Errors - How to get rid of them?
Hi Michal,
It could sound a bit odd, but if there are only three pages marked as 404 error pages don't spend (to much) time on it. Especially if you can't find them yourself then you're users probably also won't find them and so Google won't make this a problem. We had 404 errors ourselves which couldn't be found also but they don't make a difference in my opinion.
A good source of information to find the pages who link to your current 404 pages is in my opinion the Crawl Errors within Google Webmaster Tools. If Google also found the same three pages they will give you the linked from pages.
Hope this helps!

RE: Date in the video search results
Hi,
Videos are included for sites within the SERPs by submitting a video SItemap to Google. Within the sitemap you have the possibility to add the tag: video:publication_date, this tag will provide Google with the data for the date you'll find in the SERPs.</video:publication_date>
video:publication_date2007-11-05T19:20:30+08:00</video:publication_date>
More information on how to use this and what kind of formats for this tag/ video sitemap could be found here.

RE: Number of searches for specific keywords
Hi James,
This data is provided by Google itself via their Google Adwords Keyword Tool which could be found over here. You'll have to enter a keyword and choose the right location and language. When you search for the keywords you entered Google will give you the monthly local and global volumes for keywords.
Hopefully this answer your question?
