Thanks for the question.
We actually haven't had any other reports of undue slowness in OSE. It's possible you're seeing a lag due to your connection or machine?

As far as making it bigger, we're always working to increase the size and frequency of our indices. It's tough to compare it to a company like Majestic or Ahrefs who's entire business is indexing while OSE is just one part of a much more comprehensive suite of tools.

I'm sorry to say it may be a while before we have the sheer volume they have.

Thanks for the question. Sorry for the late response. I looked at a handful of your campaigns and most of them did not have custom reports. The one that I saw that had a report looked good.

Can you email into help@moz.com and include the specifics about which campaign is having this problem?

Thanks for the question. Unfortunately if you initially entered the modules as weekly you will need to go through and remove the wrong time frame and add the correct time frame.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you're seeing the 25 links per root domain limit that's placed on all reports from OSE. While your total links count is 3115 that includes a large number of internal links and you have several domains that contain more than 25 links to your site. We will cap the export at 25 links per linking root domain.

Thanks for the question. I took a look and it appears your FB OAuth token had been invalidated and the connection was severed. I've gone ahead and removed the bad token from the Moz side. Can you do me a favor and reconnect now?

Hey Joni,

Thanks for reaching out. That's very odd. I've not heard a single other complaint about this. In fact most of us here use Firefox and have the Mozbar running constantly with no issue.

It's possible there's some other extension or program running concurrently that's causing the slowdown. You may also want to try reinstalling the Mozbar and FF just in case.

Thanks for the question. OSE actually uses data from the Mozscape index which is updated fairly regularly (and getting more frequent). It can take a month or more for your link building activity to be represented, but we do try to update as quickly as possible.

Thanks for the question. In your campaign settings you can enter up to three different competitors and view their rankings as compared to yours for any keywords you've entered to track.

If you're looking for a standalone on-the-fly rankings you can check out the rank tracker (https://moz.com/researchtools/rank-tracker) but that won't automatically show it compared to you.

Thanks for the question! We actually don't have an API for our reports and campaigns. We are hoping to have that in the future but It would definitely be down there road.

We do offer many of our reports in CSV that could potentially be integrated into your system.

As far as creating a campaign in Pro, I would advise against that. Typically when the campaign can't be created in Analytics it's because of some sort of a conflict or deeper issue that should be addressed.

Thanks for writing in. That's a broad match usage indicator. So I ran the report and it looks like there are 14 broad keyword uses. When you searched in the page it showed you exact keyword use.

Mike is correct that our crawler is named RogerBot.

I took a look at one of your campaigns that was only crawling one and it appears that it's returning an access denied page.

This is likely something based on the server itself for RogerBot since it looks like it's returning full source to other User-Agents.

I took a look at your account and you have five campaigns setup for five different sites. It's only natural that your duplicate content and other crawl diagnostic lists are going to be different for each.

If you're saying that the crawl diagnostic is different from one week to the next, that's normal too.

Thanks for the question. The API can be tough to use if you don't have the coding knowledge to develop your tools. You may want to consider just using Open Site Explorer if you're not able to make or find a tool that you're enjoying.

Thanks for the question. You haven't reaching your max huber of campaigns, but you have actually hit your max numbers of pages allocated.

This does not appear to be any fault of your own. It appears there's a bug with your account specifically. Typically you'd be able to address this in your campaign settings but yours is only showing one option.

Hey Jonathan,

Thanks for the question. You'll want to keep in mind that OSE doesn't know what your official Facebook or Google+ pages are. So when OSE reports those numbers it's URL specific.

For example: Moz has 135,040 likes on our Facebook page, but in OSE it only sees 2,162 because that's how many people liked the url moz.com as opposed to our FB page.

I hope that makes sense. You can try adding your social networks to a campaign to get more in depth social metrics.
