Hello! Thanks for writing in!
There could be a couple of reasons, the first being that sadly our September index update broke
I'd like to direct you towards Rand's Q&A post which discusses the latest regarding the Oct index update and our plans for the future :). The next update is scheduled for this week and you can always check our update schedule at any time, as well.
If you're still not seeing your site in the index after the Oct index is released then it's likely that we've not been able to locate your pages through the links we follow to gather data for the index. We're not able to add sites by request.
To give your site the best chance of being crawled and indexed it's worth double checking your site doesn't block web crawlers (i.e., with "noindex" or Robots.txt). You'll also want to work on building links from sites with high Mozrank.
I hope this helps!
Hi there,
Jo from the Moz Help Team here.
Our Search Visibility score represents the overall ranking performance for your tracked keywords. This isn't based on GA data, but rather ranking data we have collected based on the keywords and competitors you added to your Campaign.
Search Visibility is calculated by:
Taking all of your keywords and the associated URL’s position and applying a CTR (click-through rate) for each position.
The CTRs are then summed
This number is then divided by the total number of keywords.
You may be interested to know that we have a lot of great guides and videos on our Help Hub, including this one on Search Visibility.
I hope this helps!

Hello there!
Jo here from the Moz help team.
The Moz Pro tool is available on monthly rolling billing, which means that it will automatically renew every month. There is no minimum term so you can cancel future billing at any time.
You can stop renewal through your subscription settings here https://moz.com/subscriptions
This will stop future payments and you'll have access to your data for the rest of the period your paid for.
You're welcome to reach out to us at help@moz.com for more help with your subscription.
If there is anything else I can help you with please do let me know
Cheers!

Hi!
It looks like you’re referring to the ‘Universal Results’ panel which shows up on the right hand side of the Keyword Rankings tab here.
As you may be aware, this panel shows you if your site is ranking for that keyword in the universal results.
Universal results are displayed in SERPs in the form of a pack of images, local results or video results, which is determined by the search engine, in this case Google.
So when I search for 'Rank Fishkin' I see this pack of images in the results, here.
Ok, back to Moz Analytics, and how you can explore your universal results further
In my campaign, screengrabbed here, you’ll see that for the keywords I’m tracking in this report 6 have image results and 1 of those results is for my site! There are no local and no video results in this particular report.
You can dig deeper into your universal results by scrolling down to your report and hovering over the camera (for images), places marker (for local), or film camera (for videos).
This will show you more information about the results and how your site is performing, this is what is looks like when you hover over the icon.
There’s some additional help on the keyword ranking guide (click on ‘More Help’ on the top right) here:
https://moz.com/help/guides/search-overview/keyword-rankings
I know that you’ve asked specifically about how you can work on your video performance so I’ve also dug up some additional reading.
This article gives you 6 tips for optimizing videos with universal results in mind:
http://searchengineland.com/2-types-rich-media-seo-plan-cant-ignore-1-big-reason-202536
And here’s another article that goes through Google Universal Results:

I hope this helps to clarify!

Hi there!
If you’re not able to attend a scheduled personalized demo it helps us a great deal if you can contact your specialist in advance to arrange a new time slot.
Otherwise we have a lovely Mozzer hanging on the line with no one to talk to
I can see that your demo master reached out to you with a link to reschedule, so you should be able to find this in your inbox or by logging into the app to pick up that message. If you don’t see this, just shoot us an email at help@moz.com and we’ll get it sorted for you.
I hope this helps!
Cheers!

Hi there Adrian,
Thanks for the question, Jo here from the Moz help team.
I've counted the characters in your url and I count 86, which would cause this to be flagged in our tool.
However I would point out that URL length and format for SEO is a bit of a balancing act. When considering URLs for SEO you want to make sure that the URL is simple enough to remember and understand for human visitors and that it accurately describes what is on the page.
If your URLs do this job, but are a bit longer than 75 characters, then I wouldn't be too concerned.
You do want to keep your eye out for URLs that are not within this basic structure:
http://www.example.com/category-keyword/subcategory-keyword/primary-keyword.html,
contain long and confusing codes, and are taking a hit in the rankings.
As I'm sure you're already aware, changing URLs is quite painful, as you need to make sure the old URLs are redirected and this adds more moving parts to your site that could cause problems down the line. So, if you're happy with the job your URLs are doing currently, but the tool flags these as too long, I would definitely consider holding off on making changes. It may be that you use this information to make amendments to future URLs, or rethink your site structure as part of a bigger project.
In the meantime you can "Ignore" those issue either by page or by Issue Type through the Moz Pro Site Crawl interface so they don't crop up every week. You can read more about this on our Help Hub.
Here are some resources on URL formatting and how to best structure them for SEO:

Hello!

Hi Tony,
Thanks for your question about Multiseat!
These emails can indeed be altered. Each seat with access to an account can 'unfollow' any campaigns they don’t want to receive notifications for.
Just toggle the ‘Following’ option below each campaign on the manage campaign page, this is what it looks like:http://screencast.com/t/CkjIPfiwsh
I would also point out that the Email settings are global, unticking these options stops campaign emails altogether.
I hope this helps
Cheers!

Hi there!
Jo from the Moz Support team here.
Moz Local doesn't currently support Spanish businesses, sorry!
You can check out the countries we support here https://moz.com/help/guides/local
Best of luck with your endeavours!

Hi Lance,
Thanks for writing in!
Unfortunately, we do not offer a Flash Test tool here at Moz.
The tool you mentioned from the SEO ToolKit does seem to be very efficient however (http://seositecheckup.com/tools/flash-test) and I will definitely pass this on to the rest of the team as a suggestion for something that could be implemented in the future.
Cheers!
Jo
Hi Jeannie,
Thanks for reaching out, and thanks for the love!
I'm sorry to say I don't have any information on why this change was made.
As you probably know, in general this redirect behaviour on our site is in place to avoid duplicate URLs. You can read more about this here https://moz.com/community/q/301-redirect-adding-trailing-slash-to-url.
In terms of the link from your site, as we have a 301 the traffic and equity are being passed to the final location.
It may not be worth your time updating all your existing links, I would suggest focusing on new links moving forward :]
I hope this helps, please do let me know if you would like more clarification or have any other queries.
Hello!
Thanks for jumping in Tim! The Mozscape index is indeed an automated process - but sadly our Sep release was cancelled.
I would definitely recommend jumping over to Rand's Q&A post for more details on what exactly went down.
I hope this additional information helps to clarify!
Hello!
Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in using Moz Local in Spain! As you may know, Moz Local only supports US and UK business locations.
Every new market presents challenges that we have to work through. The other barrier to entering new markets is being confident that we can work with the right partners to deliver value.
If and when we expand our presence, we will make announcements on our blog here:
https://moz.com/blog/category/local-seo
Feel free to follow our blog for any updates! Hope this helps and please let me know if there's anything else I can help with.
Cheers!

Hi Gemma,
I would agree with these answers from Thomas and Ria, and I would add that the Domain Authority calculation is based on dozens of factors includes link counts, MozRank and MozTrust scores etc, it's not just a tally of the authority of all your pages.
https://moz.com/learn/seo/domain-authority
I usually use high PA to help guide me towards pages that I want to action fixes on, for example missing title tags or any other errors highlighted through the site crawl. However I would be careful inverting this to cull pages with PA 1 without further assessing their value.
I hope this helps!
Jo
Hi Rezwan,
Thanks for contacting us and sorry for any confusion or frustration caused!
The good news is I have stopped the billing attempts on your account and your Moz Pro subscription is no longer active and you've not been charged.
The pending state you were in is a result of a failed card payment, and in this case the replies below are correct, and it requires the help team to intercept and stop the renewal.
I hope this sorts everything out for you! If you have any other queries regarding your account please write in to us help@moz.com.
Jo
Hello Nancy!
I suspect this is related to our crawler having trouble with SNI. You can read ore about this in this thread here: https://moz.com/community/q/804-https-ssl-error
The good news is that a recent update has been made, and we're ready to accept beta SNI customers to test it out. Please see the article here that explains this further: https://moz.com/community/q/moz-pro-our-web-crawler-and-sites-that-use-sni and if you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, the link to the sign up page is here: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1
I'm sorry for the trouble!
If you're still stuck please do reach out to us at help@moz.com and we can investigate further.
Cheers!
