Hey everyone, I am doing a duplicate content check using copyscape, and realized we have used a ton of the same content on LinkedIn as our website. Should we change the LinkedIn company page to be original? Or does it matter?
Thank you!
Ohh ok I didn't realize that, thank you!
Can anyone else confirm this?
I did a search today and notice that the ad in the sponsored listings had a Google Adwords Opt-In Form in the Ad for a newsletter. I have attached an image here so everyone can see what I mean.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thank you!
yes of course. i am just in the process of creating a new strategy though and fixing some of the stuff the person before me messed up.
Hi Dave,
Yes I am doing something similar, most of these keywords are for different pages. Obviously all the pages will be optimized to the keywords specific to that page, but i am wanting to pick 10 keywords to focus on and rank for with their respective pages. Rather than focusing on everything and building links all at once, I want to focus on 10 at a time, set goals and measure the results, then maintain those results and work on the next 10.
Great answer thank you
Let me be very clear, I am not looking for info on how to rank keywords so please do not post about that.
I have a list of keywords I chose and want to rank for, and every group of keywords are related. I was wondering, what is a good strategy for determining which keywords to start with? Should I take one keyword from each group so it looks more natural? Should I do a group of 10 related keywords at a time?
Any ideas? Links? Tips? Resources? What have you done in the past?
Me neither, some examples would be great
Awesome article! Thank you!
I know Google doesn't use meta keywords in meta tags, but i was wondering if there are other smaller search engines that still do? Id it worth it to add meta keywords for them?
Yes thank you, however that's not really what I'm looking for...I'm more looking for info on specific websites, what our competitors websites are ranking for, how much money they're spending, etc.
Hey everyone,
I'm looking for something similar to spyfu.com or keywordspy.com but I need it to be able to check in the Canadian market. Spyfu seems very inaccurate, I ran a check on our site and it was off by a lot, and keywordspy is ok, but not great.
Anyone have any other suggestions?
Thank you!
Hey everyone,
Do you prefer Adroll or Adsense and why?
What are some pros and cons of each?
In my experience one site that covers many verticals as long as they are related. For example if you have a fitness website, all the verticals should be fitness related, you dont want to talk about taxes on it lol.
The reason you would want one site is because all the content would be in one place, and you would have more regularly updated content, which is part of Google's algorithm. In addition, if you had separate sites it would be much more work. By having one you are gaining more authority much quicker, with less effort than optimizing a bunch of different sites.
Thanks John,
I actually have already added demographic targetting.
Here's a little more info though that might help...
Any advice on adding additional adgroups? This is my first retargetting campaign sorry
I am not capping the impressions
Yes I am running it on CPC
Yes we are using banners
Yes We are segmenting our lists
Hey everyone,
I have a retargetting campaign with a 0.09% CTR, a 1.04% conversion rate, and a fairly high Cost per conversion. I was wondering if anyone has any tips, resources, ideas, etc. as to how to improve our campaign?
Links to external resources would be great.
Thank you!
Oh really? I didn't know that, thanks
