Decreased organic traffic but increased Webmaster Tool Queries
There can be multiple reasons why this could have happened but before I start, I personally do not trust the data by search console and the main reason is because its delayed but I don’t think it can’t be that wrong that it will challenge the data provided in Google Analytics. Here are some of the possibilities: Check your analytics IP data (ignore traffic from…) There is a possibility that Analytics is ignoring some of the data as instructed whereas webmaster console is looking into every detail. Very nice point by Matt. Maybe analytics data is not available on every page on the website and Search Console is tracking that traffic as well. Also, make sure that you are looking in to the full traffic data in analytics and not just the search traffic only as search console will be tracking the data from search, referral, paid and more. I believe a quick audit should point where the problem is! Hope this helps!

Optimize Slideshare Presentation
There are two main ways to do something like this. 1. The easiest way to organize them would be to build a page on your site that has a list of your presentations, and then each presentation you can link to as either a .PDF or .PPTX file (or both). 2. If you really want to take it to the next level, build out each presentation as a page in HTML. Have each slide displayed as a graphic, where they end user can click for the full page view. Place your comments / what you'd say during the talk below each slide, listed on one long page. This is a lot like the Moz whiteboard video talk, where the transcript from the video is below on the page. I hope this helps! -- Jeff

Looking to syndicate content - can't use PR Web or Outbrain URGENT!
Hi How about Facebook Ads, I have used this in the past and a good way to reach your target audience. It can be reality cheap as well to advertise. Can you use the company's social media to post the articles. Alternatively look at the key influencers in the industry (if you are in the UK, then Lad bible) and try get them to repost your content, they will be a relative audience that drives a lot of traffic. Thanks Andy

70% organic traffic drop in October?! Algorithm change?
I would definitely look into the Panda 4.1 update that happened 9/25. Double check the content on the pages and make sure that it is all relevant.

Header Tag Question
I agree with Garrett in that I would use the H1 tag to mark up a heading (e.g., an article title, not a link or image.) H1, H2, H3 tags (and so forth) are (textual) header tags, after all, by definition, and are meant to help crawlers understand how pages are organized. They are also very important in helping screen readers (often used by the visually impaired) understand how a page is organized. Not properly marking up pages can result in a very frustrating, and confusing experience for those who rely on screen readers to navigate the web. The WC3 explains how to mark up textual content in HTML very well. While including the keyword in the H1 tag has little, if any value in terms of SEO, I think including it is good for usability -- for all users, not just those that use screen readers. When a user performs a keyword search, the search results show the keyword in the page titles. I think it confirms (for the user) that they are on the correct page (and have found what they are looking for) when one of the first things they see after clicking through to a page (from a search result) is a prominent headline containing the keyword in it.

Website Consolidation To Sub Domains or Leave Stand Alone
Well I would not go down the route of sub-domains if you were bringing all your sites under one for SEO purposes. I personally would consider putting each of the sites in a sub-folder on your corporate site and then 301 each domain to that folder. You need to remember that sub-domains are often viewed by Google as separate domains, which means any links pointing to the sub-domains pass little benefit onto the root domain (in this case the corporate site). This in my opinion defeats the object of raising the domain authority!!

Google sending warnings about Artificial or Unnatural links in Google Webmaster Central
Similar story here, got lots of sites, got warning ion 2 I least expected, was using some article blogs a while back, but only as part of a wider link profile. No penalty from warning, am hoping it's just a wake up call. Wish things were clearer, google needs to be more transparent.Fixing anything they don't like is also ridiculously difficult.
