Hello there!
This is James from Moz Help and I'd be happy to see what is causing this issue. I had a chance to examine your website and noticed that the second homepage stems from the logo home link:
http://screencast.com/t/MsNWaovmmrT
It contains a linke to "/" which doesn't really exist all that much unless you are a crawler. If you link this page back to www.laddersfree.co.uk you should be all set on your next crawl. If you have any follow up questions reach our support at help@moz.com
Leonie is in fact correct! Never fear we wouldn't get rid of this view as we know how useful it is for everyone - https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/comparisons?site=moz.com. If you take a look at this link you'll see you can add some competitors and benchmark against the same data as you previously were able to.
We disabled the classic OSE view last night, sorry for any confusion! If you need anything further feel free to reach out to Moz Help Team via help@moz.com

Hello!
Thanks for looking to the Moz Community for support on this one! This is James from Moz Help Team, at your service!
As it currently stands you will have to start a new campaign in Moz if you were only tracking a sub domain. Tracked domains can not be changed after beginning a campaign and can be set up to either track an entire root domain or specific sub domain. After they are setup the domain is locked in to provide data integrity and keep crawls accurate.
If you were tracking a non-www and now set it for a www. you will have to setup a new campaign. Don't worry your historical data will still remain in the old campaign, and you can run them side by side until the new campaign is fully populated.
If you need anything further feel free to respond here or write in to help@moz.com
Cheers!
Hey Josh,
Rogerbot discovered this link through the /blog/ subfolder on your page which led him to the which battery post. By any chance does the auto forward do so by PHP or Javascript? Sometimes Roger can get a little hung up on these pages and think they don't exist.
Let me know either way so we can get this taken care of!
Thanks
Hey Josh,
This is James from Moz Help. I'd like to see if I can assist in diagnosing this problem. I had a chance to pull your crawl .CSV and the 321 pages you have in column F are actually the referring pages the actual page we crawled will be in Column A. Essentially the What Battery Can we MaxAmps Build for You has 321 unique pages it links too. While this page does not 404 it seems Roger can not get to the pages after this.
Feel free to follow up here or send us a message to help@moz.com
Have a great day!

Have a great day - James - Moz Help
Hello there,
+1 to Bryan_Loconto - thanks for the initial reply while we got caffeinated this morning. Now that us Helpsters had a fresh cup of Seattle Coffee we are ready to go!
Krakensigns - At this time we do not have the ability to have multiple users on one account though we do hear your feedback and would love to roll it out in the future. Secondly it seems very odd that that they cannot get into your account with the correct details. I would suggest doing a password reset: https://moz.com/lost-password. If they are still having trouble getting into the account with the email ad password you provide them with please reach us at help@moz.com.
Hello All,
Moz HQ reporting in! This is James from the Help Team and we are in fact waking the engineers to get a resolution for you ASAP! We are sincerely bummed that you are all having these issues, and we'll keep you posted with as much information as possible.
Right now we are looking into what we believe to be the cause and will hopefully have an update shortly.
At this time we thank you for your patience and apologize for any issues this may be causing for you or your clients.
Hello Peking123,
Sorry about any issues this caused you - I went ahead and got this taken care of and followed up with you via email as well. For billing issues we typically recommend going through Help@Moz.com and will answer within 24 hours of the ticket submission.
Thanks for being patient!
David, yes you can serve that as a solution as well and the User-agent string will be rogerbot. Sorry for any confusion this caused on your end. Once you get this up and running Roger will crawl like there is no tomorrow!
Hi CareerDean,
At this time we are not supporting escaped_fragment for crawling websites and our crawler rogerbot will simply hit anchor tag links. I was able to take a look at your site and rogerbot will definitely have some trouble crawling anywhere here due to the lack of a hrefs.
What we have typically suggested in the past is using an HTML link at the bottom of the page leading to a basic site map so that Roger can navigate through. This will allow you to keep the same look and feel and just add one link to enable crawlers.
Please let me know if you need anything else and feel free to get us at help@moz.com with any further questions. Also feel free to ask any follow ups here as well.
Great answer Linda! This is correct - we will automatically grade these pages and keep track of them for the keywords ranking in the top 50. You can also use the on-page grader from research tools and choose your own keyword and URL to receive a score.
Hello!
As a follow up to Donford who gave a relevant answer it could be a variety of things. This could include your hosting provider blocking our crawl as our server from Dallas can reach the site. The other thing may be delayed loads on the page due to the slider. The last thing that could be is if there are any javascript of dynamic redirects happening on this page Roger may turn away.
I would first check with your web host to see if they are blocking crawlers or if anything seems odd in your htaccess files. Next check the page for any unwanted or unneeded redirects.
Hopefully after these two items are checked you'll be back in action but please let me know if there is anything else we can do from our end.
Hey,
Just wanted to pass along an update that this should be fixed now and I do apologize for any issues you might have had during this period. The data should be restored and back to normal. If there is anything else we can do reach us at help@moz.com
Have a great day.
Wayne just as a follow up - We update roughly every 30 days and are currently indexing 166 Billion URLs. Our index is only getting larger and faster - if you have any specific questions feel free to reach us at help@moz.com.
Have a great day!
