RE: Page Authority Migration
While it is passing on the link equity there are most likely still links going back to the old URL. Unfortunately until backlinks for the new page start outpacing the old page or the older links become deprecated the old page will still outrank the previous one.

RE: Not sure why the data on the reports is stale. Meaning it hasn't been updated since my purchase date. Hard to know if I am making any progress.
Hello Mike - Would love to help more on this issue, would you mind letting us know exactly what the issues on the reports seemed to be and which reports you were pulling? If you'd like send us a note at help@moz.com so we can take a look further into this.

RE: Invoice
Dean is correct! As long as you are logged in simply head over to moz.com/billing and you'll find all of your historical invoices as well!

RE: Number of pages crawled = 1; Why?
I sent it again via my email instead of our Help Desk. I am trying to not paste the content here as it has screen shots of your campaign.

RE: Number of pages crawled = 1; Why?
SEOpace - This is commonly an issue of campaign setup with sub-folders or subdomain tracking and using a www. vs non-www. website. I sent you an email with more details as well. Feel free to follow up in either location!

RE: Moz reporting for C-Blocking
Ray did a great job explaining what and how linking c-blocks do to affect your domain authority. Generally speaking it is better to have unique linking c-blocks as it means a variety of sources are linking to your domain. If all come from the same c-block it may look spammy or fake according to search engines.

RE: Endless duplicates
Hello elf925,
As Leonie said while it may be identified as duplicate content, our duplicate checker just scans for matching code. While SERPs may have a different way of analyzing whether content is duplicate or not we will flag it to be better safe than sorry.
If 90%+ of the HTML matches we will flag it as a duplicate in our system to alert you. A search engine may not recognize this as duplicate content but we like you to be aware just in case.

RE: Moz Crawl Canonicals and Duplicates
Would you mind letting me know how much time was between these crawl tests? Typically you'll want to wait at least 48 hours between the tests. If it is persistent feel free to let us know via help@moz.com or updating the post here.

RE: Just Discovered links - How long before they are counted toward the PA scores
Hey Joe,
Thanks for writing in! DA and PA are updated with our index every 3-6 weeks. Just discovered links are found through RSS feeds and Social accounts and are there to highlight links that may appear in our next index. You may see Page authority increase faster than Domain Authority with each update and there is a chance that it may remain the same depending on where your link juice is coming from.
Feel free to follow up with any other questions!

RE: Moz API "pib" Linking C Blocks metric returning "undefined"?
Hi Kadence,
Sorry about the mix up on this one, with the Free Mozscape API - linking c-blocks are actually unavailable. We did have a miscommunication on our API documentation which has since been updated.
Again sorry for the mix up on this one! Linking C-blocks are available on the Low Volume plan and up.
Happy Holidays!

RE: Why is the exact same URL being seen as duplicate and showing an error in my SEO reports
Hey Josh,
You may want to speak with your developer on this one PHP is a server language and could be generating the unique pages and causing Roger to crawl twice depending on which way he approaches the page. I apologize for the delay here as I was not receiving notifications on this post.

RE: Reviews Duplicate Issue
Jarno is correct is using canonical tags on the same URL. However to me the way your question is phrased seems that you will be using content from different domains which would have no impact on your duplicate content if the domains are unique.
Feel free to contact help@moz.com if you need any follow up!

RE: How to Find Related Keywords in Moz.com
Chaku,
We've actually partnered with SEMRush to provide keywords when creating a campaign. While we don't have a tool that does this we do have opportunities from campaigns and suggestions when setting up the campaign. At this time theses are the only two places we provide keyword suggestions.

RE: Reports Issues
Hey Oscar!
It seems this item slipped through the cracks of Q&A so my help may not be entirely useful now, however were you able to get this sorted. It looks like your campaigns and reports are running correctly again but if this is not the case just let me know and I'd be happy to assist further.

RE: Does the Moz crawler have a static ip address?
Hi Dustin,
Unfortunately we do not use a static IP address as we have designed our crawler to have a location agnostic approach, this means we use thousands and thousands of IP addresses which will change each time we run a crawl. This approach gives us the best dynamic view of the web and in turn your sites.
We are moving more and more away from AWS but at this time we still use AWS to crawl certain portions.

RE: Moz have any keyword Suggestion tools or any best tools
Hello,
As other users have suggested we don't have a direct keyword suggestion tool but upon campaign setup we will pull a few suggestions from an integration with one of our partners.
We also offer keyword opportunities which are words sending traffic to your site that you are not currently tracking.

RE: Can we export Historical Campaign Data
Hello!
James from Moz Help here! There is a way to do so going forward however there is no way to get the PDF from the past if you did not generate it before.
The best way top get this data is to make a monthly report generated each month with all of the content you would wish to collect. Every month we will generate these PDF reports and store them for you every month. Unfortunately if you did not already create these we will not have them stored for the future. If you'd like to know more you can check it out here:

RE: Need to change dates in automatic reports
I do apologize for the delayed response on this Q&A as the best way to reach us would be directly via help@moz.com. This is something our product team is considering and working on the best solution. However at this time there is no ETA for control on reports or choosing a specific date.
This is quite a large feature to be built out which will support thousands and thousands of campaigns so it is not a simple build. I do understand the frustration and while I'd be happy to pass along these feedback that is all I am capable of.
Kind regards - James.
