Trading As Business Name
Hi Justin, So sorry you were unwell and I hope you're feeling better. I'm afraid I'm not quite understanding your follow-up regarding citations. Your initial question was about use of DBAs. If you have a second question, please share a few more details and I'm happy to keep chatting!

NAP Consistency Address Line Variations
It is difficult to tell whether Google will mark the two locations as the same business and link them to your site when it comes to local citations, but the usual stance as also outlined at Moz here, is that you always use the short version of the address, since not all sites will allow you to put the full-length address. So, what you can do is update your website and other profiles where you have inserted the address to have the short version: Blue Widgets Ltd Hope Springs, Stow on the Wold POSTCODE That should help you be consistent with nearly every local citation. Homepage Slider How to Handle H1 and H2's
The issue with your slider is that as all 4 slides have the same text which is copy-pasted for every slide, and it might hurt your keyword optimization. Since your site doesn't have an H1, the ideal solution would be to turn the slider text into an H1 and make it so that the text floats over the slider, and not cycle the same text all over again, or setting an H1 outside the slider. Alternatively, it that's too complicated, switching the text of one of the slides as an H1 would be a plus for the website. Local SEO Over Optimization
Hi Joe, So canonical tag if the pages have the same (or very similar) content. The page for each location would have different content (adding as much value as possible to the user). So it sounds like I'm on the right track. Thanks for your help. Justin

Keyword Explorer how can I uncover all phrases relating to a single keyword?
Hey there! Sorry for any confusion about this. Selecting that "only includes keywords that contain all the query terms" is the best way to search for phrases that include your particular keyword. However, when looking at Keyword Suggestions you'll see a maximum of 1000 phrases, so you won't get every single possible keyword from that query. We try to provide the most relevant keywords in that sample. I hope that helps clear things up!

Incorrect Google Places Listing Outranks Other
Yes, its complicated. The new listing is in place to stand alongside the existing Adwords campaigns which are in the other Google account. Neither of the listings have reviews, at least not at the moment, it's something we need to work on. Working on amending the citations to the new address at the moment. What do you mean by ranking signals, other than citations and reviews, what other aspects come into play?

Changing Recognized Address Impact Local SEO
Hey There, Joy is correct: the primary concern here is that Google will not understand where you are located, leading to ranking problems. On the user side, the customer may be unable to access correct driving directions, and may end up not finding the business at all. Both of these things impact the business' main goals of being visible and experiencing transactions. So, definitely not advisable.

Moz Site Crawl Test 404
Just a note that we've discontinued the old Crawl Test tool and have launched an entirely new On-Demand Crawl tool based on our upgraded Site Crawl engine (launched last year). The new tool has an enhanced UI, entirely rebuilt back-end, full export capability, and will save your old crawls for up to 90 days. We've written up a sample case study or logged-in customers can go directly to On-Demand Crawl.
