Firstly if you are going to add unique content to each of the pages that makes them each a best in class page for the terms that you are targetting then the dup issue will be resolved (assuming that you optomise each of the pages correctly).

Content about the individual woods, doesn't sound good enough to answer the queastions a searcher might have if they were searching for "Sapele Countertops".

In terms of Jquery, it sounds like you need to figure out what you are trying to achive in the first instance.

let me know the following and I will try to help further:

Have you any evidence that these terms are searched for?

Do you have any idea of keyword difficulty http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/keyword-difficulty for these terms?

Depending on what your trying to achieve you have loads of options.

Hi Joshua,

I'm assuming that  you are not trying to optomise for terms such as "Sapele Countertops", if you are then obviosly you need content.

If not then there are ways of housing all of this content on one page using Jquery Sliders, the imagery/text would be hidden until a user interacts with the page.  This would be perfectly permissable from an SEO point of view and better for the end user.

Some of them are OK but you need to make up your own mind IMHO.

Not easy to answer without knowing:

• Are there inbound links to the pages in question?
• have the page been shared / liked etc.
• Do the existing pages appear to be indexed?
• Are you getting traffic from the existing pages?

301 redirect do not pass all link juice / umph through to the target page, so you may want to bear this in mind.

Hi All...

I know its important to get citations the same in terms of company name, address, phone number and URL but how dissimilar can they be before this causes problems with Google Places?

One of my clients has citations with very minor differences to the correct address i.e.:

2a such and such a road

when it should be:

2 such and such a road

I cannot see duplicate listing for the company.

Anyone got any ideas / experience of this?

I don't want to suggest changing them all if its not nessasary?

I'm looking at implementing social sharing buttons throughout a site that I'm working on.

I've souced the icons from one of the well known providers however when I test the pages with Firebug I get this:

As you can see the buttons alone have a rather alarming impact on the file/transfer size.

I want to reduce the size, has anyone got any ideas/been here before?

So will Copyscape search your own site for internal dupes my understanding was that it would not?

I'm looking for a tool that identifies even small parts of a page with internal duplication, once identified I can make a judgement call as to what can / could be done in each instance.

Any ideas???
