RE: Publishing testimonials on your site that are from your Google + (or other review sites page)
Having a testimonials page on your website is a great idea. It shows the clients going to your website that you are a good provider. I would think you could just place "Review from Google+" or "Review from Yelp" at the bottom of a comment.
Here is our testimonial page: http://www.essentialpest.com/testimonials/
We don't place reviews from other websites. The testimonials we have posted came from emails, letters, etc. - However, I would think that if you linked the word "Google+" from "Review from Google+" with a link to that review, it would just be proof that review does exist.

Good luck!

Meta Keyword Tags
What is the word on Meta Keyword Tags? Are they good to have, or bad?
Our biggest competitor seems to have them.

RE: Link Removal
That may be why they are not going away. When using the disavow tool, you need to find the exact link from that domain where the link is placed, and then disavow that linked page.

RE: Link Removal
Are you disavowing the exact links or just the domains?

RE: Duplicate Page and Title Issues
The problem is, our content is unique to each page and post. Yet they still have been coming up duplicated. I'll have to try Netrepid's google searching suggestion to double check these.

RE: Duplicate Page and Title Issues
No Magento. We were debating the use of Canonical tags ourself.

Duplicate Page and Title Issues
On the last crawl, we received errors for duplicate page titles and some duplicate content pages.
Here is the issue:
We went through our page titles that were marked as duplicate and changed them to make sure their titles were different. However, we just received a new crawl this week and it is saying there are even more duplicate page title errors detected than before. We're wondering if this is a problem with just us or if it has been happening to other Moz users.
As for the duplicate content pages, what is the best way to approach this and see what content is being looked at as a "duplicate" set?

What are the pros and cons of each? Looking for more information about this.

RE: Site scraped/Backlink problem?
It seems to usually take 2 weeks at most.

RE: Site scraped/Backlink problem?
If you found the link from that domain that is causing the problem, I would suggest disavowing the exact link using Google Webmaster tools.
Spam links are considered toxic links to your website and can definitely impact your ranking.

RE: Best way for getting rid of dubious backlinks
You can try to contact the website owner to see if they will remove those links. However, spam websites will never do so. What you can do is disavow the links, not just the domain. Finding the exact links you're listed on and disavowing those is the proper way to clear those links.
Also, using Google Webmaster tools is a great way to find out if you have been penalized for something in regards to your website.

RE: Duplicate Google Plus Business Listings
This recently happened to us. Unfortunately, we had to call Google directly in order to get this problem fixed.
Here is the number: 1-650-253-0000 Press 5, 3, then 0.
Hope this helps, I know it helped us!

RE: Duplicate Content In Webmaster Tools
If you do not edit the URL in WordPress yourself, it will make one for that blog post automatically. If Google webmaster tools is showing the original URL (long version) as a 404 error, it is because WordPress has a shortened version and Google is still reading the elongated one which does not exist.
To fix this, you can redirect the longer URL to the shorter URL with a 301 re-direct - or you can simply go and change the URL of that blog post to the longer version.

RE: 301 Directs
We have had 404 errors for over a month now through Moz. These are of high priority to be taken care of as well, so leaving it for Google to get rid of sounds very discouraging. These links are not ones we use on our site anymore and that is why we've been re-directing.
-
301 Directs
We have found a lot of 404 error pages that we have transferred with 301 directs.
My questions is, should these 301 directs be marked as a NF (nofollow)?

RE: Traffic from YouTube
From my understanding, you're asking if you should have tracking from youtube to your website, or if Google Analytics will show that traffic based on how much traffic your YT is getting.
If that is the case, then I would suggest tracking them individually as you said. The Google Analytics tracking only tracks how many people go to your youtube, not how many people go to youtube and click your website link.
Therefore, Google Analytics will not show traffic going from youtube to your website, only your traffic to youtube.
Hope this helps.
