Meta Keyword Tags
I've had SEO consultants swear that you should still fill out the meta keywords tag because some search engine in a galaxy far, far away is apparently still giving it some clout. I say leave it blank. The search engines that matter won't give you anything positive out of it, and you never want to find yourself in a position where you're actually getting dinged for having that field stuffed with too many keywords, or having the same keywords duplicated across every page. I also agree with Donna that it's making it easier for your competitors to see what you're targeting. If you ever have a client who demands to know why you're not including meta keywords, you can show them this blog post directly from Google that pretty definitively states that they have no ranking value: http://googlewebmastercentral.blogspot.com/2009/09/google-does-not-use-keywords-meta-tag.html

Duplicate Page and Title Issues
I am being told I have hundreds of duplicate titles and content on my site. It's not possible. Not only do I only have 120ish posts on my site and they all have different titles, but google console shows me that no on on the web is claiming my posts as theirs (ie they are not saying they are the originals, etc.) So what the heck is the issue? Why am I being told that posts that are NOT duplicate of anything are duplicate content and that I have a bunch of duplicate titles when NONE OF MY titles are duplicates of any other title????????? And, how can I have 400 pieces of duplicate content when I only have 120 blog posts?? Please someone help me with this

HTTP vs HTTPS
Hi there, One of the most important reasons is: Google Starts Giving A Ranking Boost To Secure HTTPS/SSL Sites Google has announced that going HTTPS — adding a SSL 2048-bit key certificate on your site — will give you a minor ranking boost. Google says this gives websites a small ranking benefit, only counting as a “very lightweight signal” within the overall ranking algorithm. In fact, Google said this carries “less weight than other signals such as high-quality content.” Based on their tests, Google says it has an impact on “fewer than 1% of global queries” but said they “may decide to strengthen” the signal because they want to “encourage all website owners to switch from HTTP to HTTPS to keep everyone safe on the web.” You can find more about The Big List of SEO Tips and Tricks for Using HTTPS on Your Website: http://moz.com/blog/seo-tips-https-ssl

Linking C Blocks
Are you just looking for an explanation of what C-blocks are? There was an excellent explanation here a while back: http://moz.com/community/q/linking-c-blocks "It refers to the part of the IP address that's different. The same class C address means something has the same third octect in the address. In the following, the first three IPs are in the same class C, and the fourth address is not. 192.168.1.1 192.168.1.2 192.168.1.3 192.168.100.4 The reason we care is like what searchpl says -- it's a hint to Google that the sites are all related to each other and on the same server, and that the links may not be very natural since there is the good possibility that the same person set them up."
