My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! This question is a little tricky, as I can't see any historic page level data from OSE. All I can check is historic domain level data within your campaign. I looked at your historic data in your Competitive Link Metrics, and I didn't see any dramatic change there to reflect this kind of a drop in your LDR's.

We are kicking around ideas on better historical databases, but there's nothing set in stone right now. Currently the only data points we have are based on domains in the current index. I apologize that I don't have a more concrete answer for you, but this is the best I've got with the tools available to me. For example, it looks like you haven't added any keywords to one of your campaigns. I also noticed that you haven't connected any of your social accounts to your campaigns. My name is Erin, and I'm on the Moz Help Team. Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your GA connection! That's no fun. Don't worry about your GA data, it's stored safe and sound within GA. You won't lose any data when your profile disconnects.

Before we go any further, make sure that you're an least an admin on the GA account you're trying to connect.

A lot of times with GA issues, the problem is a bad Oauth token. What's an Oauth token you say?! Let me explain!

Google goes through a process called Oauth when it comes to authorizing access of services that are linked to your Google account. Under any single Google account, there are about 20 tokens account wide. Those tokens are used to provide access for a variety of services from Gmail to apps on your phone. Once you hit the limit, which is 20 for most users, the system automatically revokes the oldest token to provide a new one. If your Moz token is the oldest token, it can render it stale. I'm not certain if this is causing the issue on your account, but it is a great place to start troubleshooting.

You may be able to correct the issue by manually revoking your tokens to make room for new ones on your account and then reconnecting the account to Moz. Here are the instructions on how to do that:

• Follow this link https://accounts.google.com/b/0/IssuedAuthSubTokens. This page displays the current OAuth tokens you are using.
• Once you reach the page, simply press the revoke button (illustrated on this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/vjh3KrjRRIe) for services that you are not using right now, as well as your current Moz token.
• Once you are done with that, simply go back to your campaign settings, disconnect your GA profile and reconnect (I recommend you use a fresh incognito window).

Hi there!

Thanks for writing in to Q&A! As Martijin stated earlier, our API doesn't have rank tracking data. Our API has URL Data. Here's more info on our API, and what it does: http://moz.com/products/api.

As Thomas said, Rank Tracker would be the only tool we have that will fit your needs. However, Rank Tracker will only track 50 keywords for 50 domains over time. To track all 100 of your domains, you'd need to have two separate Standard subscriptions. The nice thing about this is that Rank Tracker will track your keyword data week over week automatically. That said, each Standard subscription is $99 a month, so you'd have to decided if spending roughly $200 a month for this one feature makes sense for your business.

I'll defer to our community to recommend other tools, as they're more knowledgable! Both Thomas and Martijin seem to think AuthorityLabs could be a good option, so I'd check it out!

Hi there! Thanks for writing in to Q&A! Marc is correct across the board! If you decide to discontinue your account, you can totally come back and set back up with the same account later. Secondly, while your campaigns are suspended, they won't gather any new data. Lastly, when you discontinue your account your campaigns are archived, and you won't have access to that data.

One work around could be to download your old reports? That way you could still reference the information on some level, even if you choose to leave us.

Thanks for writing in to Q&A! I'm sorry to hear you're seeing data discrepancies between your campaign and your CSV. That's not fun! To investigate this further, I'd like to take this conversation offline. That way I can investigate your account while still respecting your privacy.

Can you send an email to help@moz.com? In that email can you tell me the specific campaign you're having trouble with, and screenshots of what you're seeing in your campaign versus what you're seeing in your CSV? That way I can see exactly what you're seeing!

Oi, I'm sorry to hear your PDF's are looking blurry! I looked into your account, and from what I can tell they look like all the "normal" PDF's we've been generating.

That said, we've been getting some feedback about blurry PDF's lately. I'll note that you've noticed this as well, and pass this feedback up the river!

I ran a few tests adding your new website, and I have a troubleshooting idea for you!

When you add your new site, make sure there are no spaces before or after the actual URL. I tried adding your site with spaces, and I got the same "There was a problem saving your custom URLs" error.

Thanks for writing in to Q&A! Let's dive right into this nitty gritty!

There are a lot of reasons you could be seeing these data discrepancies. If you're seeing more GWT errors, it could be because they have 'discovered links' through different means. Moz starts with your home page and uses recursive crawling to find pages on your site. We keep crawling until we stop finding unique links, or until we hit your page crawl limit. Bottom line, when we crawl your site your homepage is the only seed. We know that Google uses multiple seeds, so it could be possible Google is indexing more pages that way.

403 errors are agent specific. There's also a possibility that on a server level you're blocking WMT from crawling, but not rogerbot.

I looked into your account, and it looks like we're only crawling about 3,500 pages. Also, we generally limit our crawls to about 200 links per page. When I looked into your account, I saw that in most cases you had well beyond 200 internal links per page.

We have a few different options moving forward. To help you further I need examples of the following:

-specific URLs that show GWT errors, but don't show errors on Moz.
-a link hierarchy from that URL that goes back to your homepage.

Thanks for writing in to Q&A! I know all of this can feel confusing sometimes, but don't worry! We're all in this together, and we're here to help!!!!

There could be a few things going on here. For starters, if your inbound links are "no follow," then we won't follow them. That could cause a problem.

It could also be that we don't have your inbound links in our index. One way to test this is to find a URL that you know is linking to you, and put it in OSE. If it doesn't show up there, it definitely means it's not in our index.

Hi Derek!

Thank you so much for writing in! I looked into your account, and I have an answer for you.

When you first create a campaign we do a rush collection to gather data. However, anything added after the fact will update on a weekly basis. You added this GA account a few days after you created your campaign.

After the initial rush collection, your data will update weekly on the same weekday (+1 day) you created your account. You created this campaign on 1/28/14 (a Tuesday), which means your data should update by 12:00 am PST on Wednesdays.

I'm sorry for any confusion that caused, and you should see updated data by EOD tomorrow!
