Has anyone used prbuzz.com for pr distribution?
I am comparing PRbuzz and PR web as I write this and will be making my decision within the next few days. PRBuzz has the annual unlimited distributions for $299 and PRweb is 4 or 5 monthly releases for about $1,500+. A little high for my budget, so probably going with PRbuzz will decide within the next day or so. They have good distribution, but not a recognized as the PRweb.

Most Important SEO Factors / Methods
I believe content is the most important factor, and then on-site optimization which would include URL selection, Identifying keywords, and structure. Once that is out of the way I move on to link building.

Deciding Between 2 Domains for a Real Estate Website... What is Your Opinion?
What has worked for my clients in the past, is to have two domains: (1) the main domain for SEO purposes, controlled in Google Webmaster tools as the primary domain (2) a shorter marketing domain, that forwards (with masking) to the main domain.. and passes the juice. This way the marketing domain can be shorter, advertised in newspapers, business cards, etc... and can be easily remembered.... and main SEO domain still gets the value of the direct hit traffic.

A longer vanity URL vs an abbreviated URL if keywords are not included in either which is better for SEO? The URL's in question "WhiteGloveInternational.com" vs "WGIVIP.com"
Just my opinion, Although "WhiteGloveInternational.com" is bordering a bit on the lengthy side It still seems to roll off the tongue quite nicely and it is easy to remember. Personally like it. It seems like whiteglolveinternational.com is established, if that is true I would certainly stay with that URL. But if your intent is to create a new URL I would do the following. 1-Keep your URL at fifteen letters or less 2-Include key words in the URL that are relevant to your site. 3- Avoid hyphens, dashes, etc. 4- Make sure the URL is easy to remember and makes sense to the user and the bots. Unless WGIVIP.com has the potential to become the next zappos, or google I would avoid it. That would be my advice. Best of luck.

What is considered "Over Optimization" for SEO?
In terms of the current algorithm change, we really don't know yet. I suspect that Donnie's right - it's really the same sort of stuff that we've referred to as over-optimization all along: Keyword stuff copy, titles, URLs Aggressive exact-match anchor text SEO-targeted copy (like 1000s of thin pages that only differ by a keyword) Suspicious code-order changes Hidden or partially hidden content I suspect that, unlike the past, Google may start treating over-optimization more like Panda. In other words, dozens of over-optimization variables will get fed into a model and spit out one unified factor. I also suspect the threshold will be pretty high - you're going to have to be knowingly manipulating your site in an aggressive way. I don't think anyone is going to get penalized for an extra keyword repetition or a TITLE that's a bit too long.
