You'd want to create one with a correct address, that identically matches what you enter in the Moz Local CSV. The reason I see this is because it seems that when it comes to SEO, it's kind of like life.  You cannot site idle.  You're either moving forward or backward.  If the site owner doesn't care about the site, then the slow long drop will occur.  If they care about the site, they will do everything possible to get the site back up and ranking well.

Some CMS tools route clicks through a click tracking script, so they can count how many people click on each URL or widget.  It could be that you had a tool like this installed and that it was misconfigured - though I couldn't see anything from viewing the source on the pages you linked to.

Thanks for the input.  In this particular case, the pricing is not an issue as the client has a MAP policy in place so they will actually have a lower or exact match price to their dealers.  The issue is more about the best place for them to be visible and not so much about them selling products through the marketplace.

I don't believe it is considered duplicate content. I think Rand might have mentioned this during a recent webinar.
