We report these because anytime a chain could be rewritten as a single rule, it will help to improve link equity and user experience.

Unfortunately there isn't a way to filter results based off of country at this time, but I will certainly add this to our user insights!

Here is a bit more on how Fresh Web Explorer works!

We manage a list of RSS feeds that we have discovered from various sources and multiple times a day, we check all of those feeds to see if new posts have been added or updated. If they have, we crawl and index those posts.

Once a week, we search Alltop to discover any new feeds that are not currently in our list, and add them. We also add any feeds from news sites we find as part of our Mozscape crawl. Hope this helps!

Dave here from the Help Team.  Sorry for the delay in response and yes, we were experiencing an issue with keywords not retrieving accurate monthly volume.  However, this has been resolved now so you should see the normal volume in your account!

Please keep in mind that the Beta Crawler is still in the Beta phase.  We have seen some instances of the new crawler not finding H1 tags, and we are working on getting that fixed ASAP so please bare with us and thanks for your patience!

Unfortunately at this time our crawler isn't compatible with Server Name Indication (SNI), which appears to be in use on your site. In general, SNI is a totally acceptable security configuration, but our crawler simply isn't equipped to be able to handle these settings.

The good news is that our team has been working hard on a new crawler that will support this configuration and this crawler is currently in its Beta phase. If you're interested in being a part of the beta testing, the link to the sign up page is here: http://goo.gl/forms/LCvL9Ix8JDHfbAvr1. Once you fill out that form, you will automatically be added into the Beta during the next round.

We will be rolling the new crawler out to all of our users once it's out of it's Beta phase, but I don't have an exact timeframe of when that will be at this time as it's still being worked on.

Hi There!  This is Dave from the Moz Help Team, thanks for writing in with a great question.

When you sign up for your free trial, we do perform a $1 authorization on your account to ensure your credit card is valid, which is then immediately voided. After your 30-day trial, you will be charged each month thereafter if you do not cancel your account.  However it does sound like you were able to cancel your account so you should be good to go.
