To your question though, I do believe Google will execute external javascript files. Ajax stuff I'm not as sure about. They have a primer on this here:

The 90% thing I recall from SMX advanced last year I believe. Basically people would try to hide internal links in javascript since using nofollow for pagerank sculpting was debunked by Matt Cutts in 2009. Turned out Google could see most links being created in javascript.

I'm sorry but I honestly do not even understand what the question is here, so I'll just take a stab at it. If you want page <a>to rank for "buy car in NY" then ideally you would have page and other pages on your website linking to page</a> <a>with "buy car in NY" or something similar in the anchor text of those links. You would also help yourself out if "buy car in NY" was to be found in some way in the URL, for example, www.mysite.com/buy-car/new-york or something like that. Including the keyword or parts of the keyword in the URL of the page can have a slight impact on rankings. However, cross linking will have a bigger impact, so make sure other pages of your site have links to that page with your keywords in the anchor text of those links. That's a bit complicated and hard to follow without a link to the site in question. I have experience in this field so I'll share what I think.

I work with a sprinkler store online that sells parts of other brands. Those brands have their own online stores as well, he is just a dealer. However, those parts have unique model numbers. The search volume isn't for say "digital garden hose timer" so much as it is for "[brand name] [part number] timer" for example. If people are looking for a specific part, they will identify it by part number more often than not, rarely by just a description.

So if your 10-10 part number is universal and people look for the 10-10 black plastic part, great, you're good. If those are part numbers only you are using for internal tracking purposes, drop it and use the part number from the manufacturer that is searched more or include descriptive keywords in the titles.

I think your first step should be to decide what your keywords are. Are you going after searches that include part numbers? Searches that have descriptive keywords about the part? Or both? Once you figure that out, then figure out search volume and competition for them, you should be able to prioritize keywords for each part and then adjust your titles accordingly. Hope that answers the question you were asking.

Minimizing 301 redirects is good. Google is not case sensitive except in file names. So seomoz.org is the same to them as SEOMOZ.org or SeOMOz.org. Doesn't matter. Filenames like TOLMG.html are different than tolmg.html.

Try it. Find an image on your website like img.jpg. Now type in the full URL of that image with IMG.jpg instead of img.jpg at the end. Not the same.

So since you use .html as your URL ending, those are specific files with specific names, and they are case sensitive. You will have to redirect every uppercase file name to its lowercase counterpart when the new site is up. Or find a way to allow uppercase .html file names. That's how I understand things here.

Couple little things you want to take care of that should fix a lot of what is going on. Any element in the section that opens with at the end of it. Your itemprop things for example are not closed properly, so that makes the validator think things that follow it are incorrect.

Every time I have seen this happen it is due to duplicate content across various URL's or very thin content. Google doesn't tend to want to keep an index of the same page many times or many pages with little to nothing on them. If you didn't have duplicate or thin content problems and have cleaned up your error producing URL's then I'm not sure what to tell you. Someone will probably have to get into your GWT account to diagnose from there.

301 redirects still pass link juice, just not quite all of it. If the content of the pages remains the same, you should still be fine, you might see a slight slip but not much.

In your section you have some errors and so cleaning them up will get your code valid. Here is what you have:

When leaving blog comments, isntead of trying to get a link out of them in any way, simply be a normal person, give your opinion of the blog post, then encourage readers to search something. If you have coupon sites this works great because you can comment on a blog in your industry, then tell anyone if they are going to buy the product to be sure to Google for some coupons first, because they can save money that way. No link, no brand mention, but you get more search traffic for a phrase.

First things first, make sure there is a prominent link on your homepage to the new page with the anchor text being the keyword you are targeting. That will do wonders in boosting its ranking. While the new page may be a better quality result, it is not as relevant because of lack of links. You can keep building links to your home page and all but it will take longer for it to move to #1 than the new page will take. It will move up faster I believe, at least when I have done something similar that's what I have seen. Keep the new one and focus link building efforts on it.

You don't want a wordpress plugin. You want to go to twitterfeed.com. here you create an account, tell them where your rss feed is located, and then it automatically checks your feed every hour for new entries. If there is something new, it will post it to twitter, facebook or other social sites in the format you request. I use it for all my wordpress sites, works great.

One formatting issue, you do have to make sure your feed has a date and time. This is how it checks for new content. I would recommend getting your feed on feedburner first, then registering it with twitterfeed.

What you don't want to do is have C redirect to A and then have A redirect to B. You can have a billion 301 redirects, but you don't want to send the crawlers on a wild goose chase. If an old URL currently goes to A and you want A to now go to B, I would change the 301 of your old URL to now go straight to B.

If you want to take drastic measures you can tell them to change their content or they cannot continue to sell your products and you will be suing them for copyright infringement. Extreme, yes, but also effective.

A less extreme way is to make sure Google indexes your content first when you put it up. Immediately put a link to it in a tweet and facbeook share. Have a canonical tag declaring your URL to be the original. If you get indexed first, all the duplicates that follow will be the copies and you will be fine.

A 301 redirect is done in the .htaccess file for the domain. There doesn't need to be a page present for a redirect, it is a server side thing. Look up info on writing a 301 redirect in the .htaccess file and you'll find what you need to set this up.

For me the only goal at the end of the day is to be indexed by Google and Bing as soon as possible. That is happening for me on my WordPress sites without changing any thing with the ping feature built in. So in my opinion adding more pings to more places might get you indexed elsewhere and may help in other places, but if you over ping Google or Bing I could see them not appreciating that. So I don't risk it. Kind of the don't fix what ain't broke mentality for me.

Go to Google and search site:yourdomain.com and see if the pages in question come up. If so, Google has indexed them. If not, Google has not indexed them. Like SEOMoz, Google can crawl any page. Doesn't mean they will index the page. If you have noindexed a page, it should not be indexed by Google and should not be problematic for you.

If someone is linking to a URL on your domain that doesn't exist, go first see if you can find the link. See where it is on their site and what the anchor text is and what context it appears in. Then determine the page they either meant to link to or something close topically. I would then redirect the bad URL they are linking to over to a URL that works so that I can maintain the link juice.

If the links are coming from an undesirable place then you can always block the bad URL they point to in your robots.txt file and disavow the link with Google's disavow tool.

If URL A redirects to URL B which redirects to URL C which redirects to URL D which redirects to URL E finally redirects to URL F, then Google isn't too happy about that. Just have URL A, B, C, D and E all redirect to URL F directly.
