The quickest way to do this is using the "Top Pages" report in Open Site Explorer.

Simply enter the root domain of the site you want to research, hit "search" then navigate to the Top Pages tab. This will show you the number of lining root domains to each internal page.

+1 For Doug's answer. You can download the standard Inbound Link report from OSE. Make sure to filter for "external" links to "all links on the root domain" (or subdomain)

Open your report in a spreadsheet, The "Target URL" column will show all the URLs on the domain with an external link pointing to them. Here's another screenshot:

Each crawl report takes approximately 1 week. The crawl commences each week on the day that you originally started your campaign. So if you set up your campaign on a Monday, each week your new crawl would also start on Monday.

(The dates in the Campaign manager can be a little deceptive. Most dates refer to the date the crawl started, not the date it ended, so it make it look like the time between crawls is longer than it actually is.)

So you should be getting your new report in a day or two. If it takes longer than that, feel free to contact the help team at help@seomoz.org.

As a PRO member, you can also try the custom crawl for a 3000 page crawl. It usually takes about 24 hours and returns your results in a spreadsheet format.

Thanks for the detailed explanation of what is happening on your site. Let's start at the beginning. You say your rankings recently dropped. There could be several obvious explanations.

1. Changed title tags. Title tags are one of the most important on-page ranking factors. If you changed your title tags too much, you might have lost some rankings there. Generally, the first few words of a title tag are the most important - the closer a word is to the beginning the more weight it carries. So if you changed a lot of words at the beginning of you titles, you may have gotten yourself in trouble. On the other hand, if you mostly changed words at the end of the title tags, this probably did little harm.

2. An algorithm change. It's possible Google Panda or the Page Layout update threw an algorithmic penalty at you. As others have mentioned, if this is the case, the only solution is to fix your layout, wait several weeks and hope for the best.  Oh, and read this:  http://www.seomoz.org/blog/donna-on-big-adsense-earners

3. Something else? Unfortunately, any change you made on-site, changes in your backlink profile and changes in the algorithm, or a combination of these factors could have caused your site to drop. We've seen a lot of turbulence in the SERPs the past year and Google is really shaking things up.

Sometimes you can't figure it out, no matter what you do. In this case, it's best to move forward and continue to build a site worth visiting. Sometimes you can't fix what went wrong, but you can always build something better.

The footer is considered the "boilerplate" content at the bottom of each web page that doesn't change. At the bottom of this page, the footer contains our copyright, links Contact Us, Term & Privacy, etc.

This goes to show that there is no longer anything such as "rank"

Over the past couple of years it's gotten to the point that no two people ever see the same result, even unpersonalized, so we tend to think in terms of "average position"

The SEOmoz PRO platform takes great pains not only to

1. Depersonalize results but also to
2. Display non-localize results.

It's important to do both. The best way to estimate your rank is still to add &pws=0 to the end of your search query. To non-localize it, set your location (left hand side of Google's results page) to the county you reside in. For the US this would be "United States".

302s, by definition, don't have page titles (because they redirect - there's no title on the page)

So the URL listed there is the URL. This is a little confusing because of the formatting on the SEOmoz report. By default it displays "Title" "URL", but this obviously doesn't work in the case of redirects. Something our UX people should probably take a look at.

Anyway, whats more important is how to fix this.

1. Download your crawl report in CSV format.

2. Open the CSV in Excel or similar program.

3. Search for the URL: http://www.example.com/www.example.com

4. In the last column you'll find the "referrer" information. This is the page that the broken link was found on.

5. Go to that page on your website. Find the broken link. Fix. (unfortunately, I can't tell you how to do this step.)

To add to what Nicholas has said, in terms of OSE, all of these are on the same root domain except for www.eitan.es. The rest all reside on eitan.com, so that's a total of 2 linking root domains.

An external link, within OSE, is defined as a link from an external root domain. So in this case, there is 1 external links, at least according to the way Open Site Explorer counts external links.

Also, Google sometimes counts links from subdomains as external, sometimes as internal, depending on how much they believe the subdomains are related to one another.

The OSE index is smaller than what Google reports in GWT, but then again, the links reported in GTW are famously inaccurate and often not up to date. Google often includes "junk" links that have very little chance of effecting their ranking algorithm.

Linkscape crawls approximately the top 25% of web, which is where the majority of links are found that actually influence rankings. It's not a perfect system, and sometimes links are missed, but it works well as a predictive tool and also for competitive research.

Yes, it is interesting. The links Linkscape miss tend to be either beneath layers of navigation, or on pages with few inbound links. Sometimes improving your link structure will help your links both appear in Linkscape, and improve crawling and rankings from Google as well (although I'd be careful in your case, because you own the sites in question, not to create the appearance of a link scheme)

The important thing to realize about subdomain MozTrust is it only applies to your "www" subdomain. The metrics for your root domain (example.com) will likely be higher.

It's likely that not a lot of authority sites have linked to you using "www" in the link. It's usually a small distinction, but it can make a difference.

"Can that fact affect my subdomain rank ? Because I am having those domains parked there or I've made some subdomains that  are not in use and nobody is linking to them and they are visible in Google ?"

No, no worries. This won't effect your MozTrust

As Robert said, MozTrust is raised by getting sites with high MozTrust to link to you. Hard work, but well worth it.

Often times folks overlook the drop down links in the navigation. These count as links and are important not to ignore as it's easy to go overboard on these. On your site I counted over 100.

But to answer your question... If I understand correctly, does SEOmoz count links pointing to on-page anchors as links? I believe the answer is yes. In most cases, there are few enough anchors it doesn't present an issue. But in your case it might inflate your count and make it seem like there are more out-pointing links than there are.

The big question is, does this influence how Google or other search engines treat the issue. I'm not sure anyone knows the answer to that. I suspect Google is more than sophisticated enough to note the anchor (they use these when generating sitelinks in SERPs, determining semantic relationships and other reasons) but don't count it against your crawl allowance.

So, to summarize, if it's only on-page anchors causing you to have an inflated link count, then you probably don't have much to worry about. But if you have other, real links causing this, you may want to trim down your top-heavy navigation links.

You are essentially correct, but it could be a number of factors. Off the top of my head, and this is by no means a complete list of possibilities, the reasons for a loss of DA could be caused by:

1. As you stated, losing links. It's estimated that each year over 50% of the entire web "disappears". Most of this is junk, but it happens to good links as well
2. For one reason or another, Linkscape didn't find certain links during it's last crawl of the web. They may reappear during the next update.
3. The sites linking to you lost Domain Authority themselves. This would effect your score
4. Natural changes in Linkscape from update to update. SEOmoz is constantly improving how it crawls the web (and sometimes there's some rough spot around the edges) which causes natural fluctuation in link metrics. When this happens, it's best to use DA not as a historical measure of your own site, but as a competitive measure against your competitors. If your DA fell, it's possible your competitors DA fell as well and you are just as strong.

More than likely, it's a combination of several factors. Usually, it's nothing to worry about unless you see it correspond to a traffic drop as well. Hopefully your DA will be back up during the next update.

This is a common perception, but this applies more to Page Authority than Domain Authority.

Each domain has one DA score, which applies to the entire site. Domain Authority is the "grandaddy" metric that takes all the other metrics into consideration, including Page Authority and MozTrust.

Page Authority, on the other hand, flows between individual pages. So in this situation, a large number of new pages without new links will most likely have low Page Authority, but the DA for the site as a whole remains the same.

It's likely such a large drop was accompanied by a loss of key links from one Linkscape update to the next. It's also possible the huge jump in number of links came from a relatively small number of sites. For example, a sidebar link from a blog that repeats across 100's of posts, archive, category and tag pages. These types of links pass little value.

Finally, there is some natural fluctuation of these scores from one index to the next. MozRank is comparative metric, so it's best not track your historic MozRank against yourself, but compare each update against your competitors.
