How can a business turn off the Google+ review feature?
Unfortunately, there is no way to disable the reviews on a Google+ local page. You may see some pages that do not have a reviews section, but this is because they have a brand page and not a local page. Is there any particular reason why you wish to remove the reviews feature?

Recommend a program that identifies common search keywords
In addition to the tools already mentioned - Semrush (paid version) offers the possibility to compare your site with the competition - and show keywords that generate traffic for them but not for your site. Dirk

How useful is Google Plus to a business?
Although Google is not so famous, I found it to be helpful in 2 ways personally. Some groups also regularly publish content unique to a company niche, of course. If you'd like to join these groups, then you're still under the same group. A Google+ page is much more powerful to have for my company (business Coaching in Pakistan) than it has a personal profile. In particular it will only work for you if you're a local company and have a checked position on Google Post Card.

Harms of hidden categories on SEO
You could legitimately have hidden content in terms of category/URLs - maybe only made available if you sign up as an example. The guidelines are referring to manipulating on page content so there are elements within that page that are hidden and by default manipulating.

Does having '?search' in a URL affect the page quality?
Google recommends blocking all Internal Search Results in the Robots.txt file. I suggest creating a product collection or category for Edward Scissorhands Themed Costumes and linking to that instead. This way you can customize the content on the page just as if it was any other category page.

We use SLI for our searches and are thinking of just going back to the searches on our platfrom Bigcommerce
Hello Adrienne, SLI is going to have some features that BigCommerce isn't going to have in their default site search. However, as you said, BigCommerce has come a long way in this area. It really comes down to features, and what is important for you. For me, I look at three main areas: Ease of use and user-experience for the consumer Relevancy of results Analytics In all three of those areas, BigCommerce has it covered. It's easy to use, provides relevant results (and search suggestions), and you get reports like Keywords Without Results and Worst Performing Keywords (among others) which help answer all kinds of questions, from which pages to optimized to which products to source. I used to send the buyers at one store these reports quarterly, and they sourced many new, top-selling products because of it. If you're missing any of the SLI "learning" features in BigCommerce's standard search, you may be able to get them with an add-on like this: https://www.bigcommerce.com/apps/searchspring-advanced-site-search/ (Note: I haven't used SearchSpring).

Our web site lost ranking on google a couple of years ago. We have done lots of work on it but still can not improve our search ranking. Can anyone give us some advise
"On the category page - we are wondering whether we should also remove the right side menus ?" Do you mean the left side menus? If so, I can give you a simple answer and I can give you a more complex answer. The simple answer is "if you link to categories and sub-categories that are not directly related to the category you are on at that time, it is at least somewhat of a distraction and dilution issue". The more complex answer is "it depends, and without a full audit, I can't answer that because there are many other factors to consider, some of which are purely User Experience, some are SEO and User Experience, some are crawl allocation related, and some are pure technical considerations".

We have set up our H1 to contain the product name - it used to be our Company name all the time - would this affect our sales
Hello Li Chu, Did the display on the page change? For example, are people now seeing the product name in a different place / font? It's really difficult to predict what can happen to conversions when major changes are made across an entire site. It could be a conversion rate optimization issue if your traffic has stayed about the same but sales / conversions have dropped. If traffic dropped it could be something entirely different, as discussed by others. Generally speaking, yes the H1 on product pages should be the product name. The H1 on category pages should be the category name - those both of these can be optimized.

On 1 of our sites we have our Company name in the H1 on our other site we have the page title in our H1 - does anyone have any advise about the best information to have in the H1, H2 and Page Tile
You have some great responses so far, and I wanted to add one additional thought. Header tags are really important for screen readers. When in doubt about the best way to use page elements, I tend to think to myself about what would be the best case for Accessibility. The answer is usually one of your top options for search optimization also.

Do only paid adwords appear in google shopping
I totally agree. The conversion on my campaign is sick! Mainly because we always appear cheaper next to the big box stores, they have to charge sales tax and shipping, we don't. It definitely is worth every penny and every minute of time it takes to manage it.

Can you have 2 different websites on 1 webmaster tools account
Hi Adrienne, In terms of the URL not claimed error can you confirm how you are doing this - there are several reasons why this can be lost including - trying to claim more than one URL in Merchant Center - for this you need a multi-client account which I linked to in my original response. You can also lose it if your site becomes unverified in webmaster tools - what I would suggest is that you look at this Google help article in relation to this and see if any of the reasons apply to you - https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/176793?hl=en-GB
