What is cross domain?
I imagine you were looking for the answer posted by EEE3 regarding Google Analytics, but just wanted to mention that term is also common on the more technical side of web development, relating to both Flash & Javascript, and I imagine some other languages. Moreover, it refers to situations where a program on a site, or in your browser (javascript) is trying to communicate with and access data from another website / domain name. For instance, if you have a flash program on your website that accesses data (such as photos) from another website, the website hosting the actual data may need to add your website to their crossdomain.xml file.

Pageing page and seo meta tag questions
If I'm understanding you properly that is not a good idea. Google will potentially not be able to crawl your content that way. Regardless of the pagination you still want to be able to surface your content for search. You might consider using push state and pop state to give crawl paths and maintain the quick loading user experience. Be sure to make it gracefully degrade for lesser browsers.

How can I find competitor back links ?
Open Site Explorer is great! If you don't have a SEOMOZ pro membership I highly recommend it. It's great for finding some cheap effective advertising that you're competitors already found too!

Meta description
Hi there, There are no thumb rules about the repetition of your targeted term in the description or for that matter any where on the website. Titles and Descriptions can be used to optimize and maximize the click through rates for your website from the search engine results pages. Try to come up with enticing and compelling titles and descriptions that will literally force the visitor to click through. Just make sure to capture the crux of the title within the first 65 characters including spaces as Google strips beyond that and for descriptions, its 150 characters including spaces. Descriptions are concise summary of what the page is all about and they should go hand-in-hand with content of the page that they belong to. They should complement the titles in some form. Titles and Descriptions can be descriptive and at the same time can also have a strong call to action if possible. Having said the above, make sure you include the target term in the description and if possible a call to action to maximize the click through rate. As it is not always possible to include a call to action in the description, you can follow the guidelines given by Google at the following URL: http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=35624 Hope that helps. Best regards, Devanur Rafi.

Canonical url question
Yeah, I think canonical is fine for "index.php" variants. One important addition, though. Check your internal link structure. Many sites link to "index.php" via their "Home" link or logo. I'd suggest changing that to an absolute URL or just "/". That way, you're not creating the non-canonical version in the first place.

What is regular link building plan ?
I would also suggest make sure the links are quality and relevant. I'm seeing some links to your site from URLs like http://paloma81.blogspot.com/2011/11/dream-home-savvy-home.html and it's really not relevant or helpful to you, and likely to be removed by the blog owner as spam.
