Thank you both! The pen icon is so faint I completely missed it - have been clicking the + sign for days now hoping it was just a bug! Turns out it's not, but Moz, make that pen stand out more it's almost invisible on my screen!

Yeah it is weird they don't support that.  As you say its easy to fake, and many did.  There used to be more rich snippets in Surps but google has gotten stricter with them.

Linking out gives away link juice. That's how PageRank works. Someone links to you, they give you some of their PageRank, you link to someone you give them some. Matt cuts once said it can be beneficial to link out but did not elaborate. I believe he means as a user experience. But the google PageRank algorithm shows you give away PageRank

Google is not really a big fan of redirects to find your sitemaps, but of course you can generate them on request instead of hosting them publicly. So if you directly would submit: mypage.com/sitemapxml/ then Google would have no problem with doing this.

Moz analytics. Just being curious... What do you make of Moz analytics? Personally I preferred the old 'pro' version and always go back to that - it seems more user-friendly to me. Thanks for your help. Amelia

** 'Landlord's Blog' - written by  landlords, for landlords...** This is an awesome idea. You might be able to get a landlord to do just one article... or you might interview him/her and then you write something good from what you have learned - giving them big credit. Good luck.

Yeah, I came to the same conclusion! I was hoping someone would say this, because 'on paper' it seems good (strong domain authority, gives followed backlinks etc etc), but my very first reaction when I first saw it was 'YUK'. Thank you for confirming my gut feeling
