Open Explorer reports bug?

Hi,

Is there a bug in open explorer?

I've run a few backlink reports but when I download to csv the csv's are empty... It's kinda wasted most of my afternoon

Hey Amelia,

I am so sorry that your reports didn't return any data. I've run a couple of the same reports and they completed for me with no problem, so I am not certain what may be causing the issue here. I am going to try to push these reports through again from the back end for you to see if we can get you a better report. I will follow up with you again once that process has completed.

Thanks for your patience. It looks like the reports completed yesterday and they do now have data in them. Please take a look and let me know if you are still seeing any issues.

It looks like the reports are now populated, so I think you must have fixed whatever the problem was.
