Hi Imran - Oh, that must be frustrating! Have you tried contacting the theme developer for support? You may also be able to get guidance in the Shopify forum, especially if you are using a more common theme.

RE: Any recommendations on a Content Marketing Firm?
Hi Rox,
We actually don't allow job postings like this in the Moz Q&A forum, as it's more appropriate for job boards like the one maintained by Inbound.org. We do maintain a list of Moz-recommended agencies here, and wish you the best of luck in your search!

RE: What happened to YouMoz?
That's another great question, Sean! We are currently developing a way for folks to submit content straight to the main blog. It's not ready yet, so you may want to keep an eye on The Moz Blog for updates. We'll post all the details there when it is ready.

RE: What happened to YouMoz?
Hi Sean - Thanks for your question, and for being a valuable member of the Moz Community!
We did indeed stop accepting submissions to YouMoz several months ago. Dr. Pete wrote a blog post that explains why this and some other very difficult decisions that affected the Moz Community were made in the latter half of 2016. You can read about YouMoz being fazed out, specifically, here.

RE: Best tool to check code to text ratio for https site?
Hi AdamJack - Welcome to the Moz Q&A Forum!
Hmm, I'm not sure exactly what you are asking in your original question... are you asking if there is a better tool to check the code to text ratio of a secure site than the one you originally mentioned (and gave the URL for)? Or are you asking if that particular tool can check an https site (as well as an http site)? I look forward to your response.

RE: Looking at google shopping results from other country
Hi Dieter, thank you for your question. Have you made sure you are not logged into any Google accounts, cleared your cache, and adjusting your search and language settings? You can also set up a profile in MozBar for nonpersonalized search results for Google Germany.

RE: Category Pages are not Shown when searched for "brandname Category name"
Hi Vishal,
Are you able to share the URL of the category page you are concerned about? Is your category page ranking at all in search results?

RE: Disadvantages of Migrating Website to New URL
Hi Matt - As Bernadette said, there are many, many reasons why your site could not be gaining on your competitors in the SERPs. And without specifics, it's tough to say why... but unlikely to be the URL. It's actually probably due to not just one, but several reasons. As you are at the point where you are considering something as drastic as moving your site to a new domain, it sounds like now would be a good time to invest in a comprehensive site audit.
Oh, and did you happen to read today's post on The Moz Blog? I've Optimized My Site, But I'm Still Not Ranking—Help!

Hi Verónica - Thanks so much for your feedback. We're so glad the video answering some of your questions. We, too, hope this video (and future ones, improvements to our onboarding process, etc.) will help educate new community members so that everyone in the community has a better experience using this forum!

RE: Brush up on the ins and outs of posting to Moz Q&A
Hi Cory - Thanks so much for the feedback! I totally agree with everything you say here. While all of your great suggestions are already on our to-do list for making big improvements to the forum, it is very helpful to know you'd like to see a lot of the same changes we're working on.

Hi Thomas, not at the current moment -- but we are looking into it. Thanks for the great feedback, and sorry for the delayed reply!

RE: Moz having a few issues with their site?
UPDATE: We are able to see the staff badge when logged into your account on certain pages. Hopefully, will help fix this bug! We are not seeing any of the other issues you mentioned, though... are you still experiencing those or have they resolved? And, just to be clear, we can only see the staff badge when we log into your account. You can't see it when logged out, correct?

RE: Moz having a few issues with their site?
Thanks for the update, Kristen! And guess what? I just checked again, and can reproduce this issue when logged in as you. (I couldn't the other day.) The same goes for seeing the staff badge when logged in as Thomas. So, thanks for your understanding. We should be able to make some progress now.

RE: Moz having a few issues with their site?
Hi Thomas,
We have been unable to reproduce these bugs on our end. Have you noticed any pattern to when/where you see them? And do you recall when the last time you experienced them was? Any additional information you are able to provide would be very helpful.
Thanks!
Christy
PS - I totally agree with you that the UX when logged out could be better -- same goes for the UX when logged in. We are working on it, I assure you, and appreciate both your feedback and your patience.

RE: Moz having a few issues with their site?
Hi Kristen,
Do you mean that the staff badge was showing on some pages and not on others? Is there any kind of pattern you are seeing as to when the badge appears and when it doesn't? (For instance, does it only appear in a certain browser?) BTW, I'm not currently seeing this issue with your account. When was the last time you noticed this oddity? Thanks so much for letting us know about this! We're so sorry about
Thanks so much for letting us know about this issue! We're so sorry about it. Unfortunately, we have not turned up any clues pointing towards what could be causing this, as we cannot reproduce it on our end. (But that also means that the issue appears to have resolved itself.) Any additional details/documentation you can provide is much appreciated!
Cheers,
Christy
