Block bad crawlers
Hey Ariel, Here's a couple lists of bots that some people are blocking - you should probably review your server data to see which bots are visiting you that you want to block: http://www.rhyolite.com/anti-spam/badbots.html http://searchenginewatch.com/robots.txt In addition to the moz resource Chris referenced, here are a couple more pages that might be useful for you: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/10793906/how-to-allow-known-web-crawlers-and-block-spammers-and-harmful-robots-from-scann http://www.distilled.net/u/robots-txt/ Good luck!

Sitemap nos being indexed
In my experience it can take a while to see sitemaps updated, particularly if you are a small site and are updating it daily. Unless your site really is changing everyday, I would submit it less often and/or just be patient. You didn't indicate how long you've been waiting, but at least a few weeks to a month or two if your site is new or "small". If there is a problem, your Webmaster Tools will let you know. I agree with Crusader as well. Sections should be broadly included in the sitemap...specific individual pages aren't really a concern with this (assuming you link well to them). You are only meant to provide the structure of the site to Google (main section, sub sections, subdomains, etc.) and let them come index when they are ready. But I do think you probably need to move onto other efforts and be patient for Google to get around to visiting your site.

Mutliple language website with same keyword for different language
You might add "in English" or "en Espanol" to the end of your title to avoid duplicates.

Does Moz track SERP in Google Places?
Hi there, We now show Google Places via Universal placement, however since our tool tries to provide unbiased SERP results, we do separate out the local listings since we don't treat them as "Organic" results. Our product team is working to introduce filters that will hopefully allow you to put more "weight" into those local results in our future iterations of the tool, however in the meantime we still record them, check this out for more information: http://www.seomoz.org/help/rankings Best, Peter SEOmoz Help Team.

Google Places in multiple languages
I'm having one problem with that. My businness is just one, so Google doesn't let me add listings via uploading an Excel file. Do you know how can I manage to add it in different languages without an Excel file?
